About this ebook
About the Book
You Are Not Alone is about giving people hope through the word of God. The author realises that every human has to go through some difficulties in life and sometimes failing to find hope, end up giving up or committing suicide. This book is to encourage people like them to state that there is still hope and God is in control. It encourages every human being to be there for each other and counsel one another through the word of God. The author encourages every member in the church, the church itself, senior ladies in the church and Pastors not only to think for themselves, but to be aware of the people around them and find best way to help them. He also mentions few of the problems that need counselling such as grief, hurt and peer pressure . As the book is for individuals who seek hope, it is therefore for Christian counsellors as well, along with believers and the church. It teaches how to counsel and who can counsel.

Review
Dear Daniel,
Christian Counselling is a widely neglected part of Christianity as a whole. The Spiritual condition of the church overall is in trouble. We can see that all around us. Hopefully this publication will cause Christians to take stork of their lives and use the information contained here-in to re-direct their lives in the right direction.

Introduction
People are discovering the need for God’s help in solving their problems. Some of them are still uncertain or even unaware of how they can include God in solving their problems. Some are now identifying problems and saying "this kind of problem needs God and this one needs a psychological expert. After a psychological expert fails to help them, they start to blame God for their problem. In life, there is always a time we feel like we are alone, even though we have family and friends around us. Sometimes we look for friends and family to rescue us in our problem, but because of the situation we are in, they distance themselves from us. The time we need help most, that is the time we do not get help. The time we do not get help from people we expect to give us help, we start to blame them even though, it is not their problem. Most of the time you put your trust in people forgetting that they are just human beings like you. There are a times you feel like you are alone but you are not. You only need to realize who is next to you. When people distance themselves because of the situation you are in, remember one thing, God is on your side, He will never leave you no matter what. You are not alone.
Who do you turn to in the time of trouble? Or let me ask the question this way. Have you ever needed help in your life or do you need help at the moment? Are you the person who always have pride and feel like everything is fine and you do not need help from anyone? Let us explore a little, but first things first, I have to answer this question, what is counselling? According to the English dictionary, Counselling is assistance (especially from a professional) in the resolution of personal difficulties. This does not say anything about Christ helping anyone or mentioning God as a source of our help. Let us see if we can find Christian counselling. UK English dictionary defines Christian Counsellor as an individual who seeks to live his or her life according to the principles and values taught by Jesus Christ. I had to add to the definition of a Christian counsellor. A Christian Counsellor practices ministry with a commitment to the biblical principles of Jesus Christ and attempts to make such principles active and effective in the modern world. God calls a church to be a community of healing and peacemaking presence in the world. Galatians 6:1-2 Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you
