A FEW HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS
UNLEASH YOUR INNER CREATOR
This book is an invitation for you to delve deeper into who you are so you can find out what makes you come alive. I’m a big believer in the power of taking baby steps to get you anywhere you need or want to go, which is why this book is written the way it is. Each day has small-sized activities. They build on each other, one to the next. So just know you’ll be best served to do the daily activities in order. The activities within this book are aimed at: 1. helping you heal yourself, 2. clarifying who you want to become, and 3. inspiring you to create a life you love. My hope is that you’ll use this book to ignite your imagination, discard your limitations, and free your inner creator.
YOU'LL NEED A JOURNAL
I invite you inside this book on a creative self-help adventure. You’ll need a journal so you can write down your innermost thoughts. Since I'm a fan of baby steps, I’d suggest that you write as much or as little as you like. If the act of writing scares you, then by all means start slow and just write a little bit at a time. There’s no judgment here. No need to impress or prove or do anything but be yourself and let your own voice find its way onto the page. One other note: be sure to label each Day you're writing about because you will often refer back them during a later
