Why should you practice yoga?
Our lives have never been so fast-paced before. On a daily basis flaming arrows with all sorts of information are shot at you and somehow you have to process all that information on the way. There’s a reason our current age is also called the information era: you receive new information at any time and anywhere. Be it notifications of your private surrounding from your friends and family or news of the wide world among some topics you might personally be interested in.
Let’s assume you'd be interested in a healthy diet. Well, there are endless diet suggestions to eat healthier and you’re going to find new information every day with the latest updates what researchers have apparently found. At some point, it’s easy to lose track and you don’t really know any more which diet would be right for you since the experts also contradict themselves. Of course, you also keep learning, but how are you going to add all the new information into your daily routine? And what does your individual body really yearn for?
Additionally, you’re surrounded by all sorts of noises, be it at home, on your way to work, at work itself or when you’re just shopping some groceries. Here one neighbour screams from the top of his lungs, outside one car passes after another and of at least of one you clearly hear the loud radio tunes. On the side, the gardener is rushing about with his leaf vac or the mower and suddenly your phone demands your attention again with a loud ding. At work, someone always wants something from you, the phone keeps ringing or you’re surrounded by loud
