Dear Reader,
If you got here, it means that you are interested in becoming a vegetarian. And you couldn’t have done better! You will find many vegetarian recipes and delicious ideas to make your life a little better.
First of all, it is a admirable initiative. Why? Beyond the fact that this diet will have a favorable impact on your health, and your overall stamina, it is a moral choice given al the poor animals sacrificed for food and, in addition, you can contribute to the improvement of the environment.
But the next step is even more interesting: explore new culinary horizons. You will realize that the fact that you eat meat confers, through the simple habit, the possibilities to enjoy unique recipes, and to have gourmet satisfactions. Your diet will become much more varied, considering that you will have eyes, in the supermarket, for ingredients that you previously ignored.
Whatever was the reason why you adopted a vegan/vegetarian diet or decided to eat less meat, be it ethical or health related, congratulations! Every step, no matter how small, towards a healthier, cruelty-free and environment-friendly life matters!
Last but not least, I gave up the meat because it was damn easy. Initially I wanted to start with one day a week, then switch to two days, then switch to three… But that was not the case. I realized after three or four days that it was not as complicated as I thought, especially when I have so many other tasty and healthy foods that I can consume!
My advice to you: let yourself be carried by this experience and you will find yourself being transported.
