    INNER DEMONS include three twisted fantasy, flash fiction stories, "The Spirit Room,” "The Tarot" and "Nightmare."

    "The Spirit Room" follows Nora, a girl desperate to find answers about her best friend’s death. She travels to a run-down hotel where she finds Angeline, who may be able to talk to her friends’ spirit.

    "The Tarot" introduces Eliza, who goes to a Tarot store looking for Minerva, a witch who agreed to teach her to read the cards. When she gets there, she gets more than she bargained for. A new store attendant shows her the darker side of the cards.

    In "Nightmare,” Mavis forces herself to stay awake to avoid her horrible, consistent nightmare. When she falls asleep in class, she is forced to face her darkest fears in sleep and in her waking hours.

    Together these three flash stories create a chilling collection of twisted fantasy with a mix of horror.
