In the deep forest, on a wintery evening in the realm of Pоялти of Russia, every fairy in the land had arrived for the Grand Ball. The ball was in celebration of their ruler, King Nicholas, reigning monarch of the kingdom.
While the music fairies were playing their songs and many others were dancing, one young fairy was goofing off. Her hair was auburn and she wore a bright yellow dress. She danced with enthusiasm and made silly faces. Some of the fairies laughed along with her and enjoyed her playful spirit.
Anastasia!
said one of the fairies. It was Olga. Stop messing around!

Anastasia regarded him closely. I don’t think I’ve seen you before? Are you new here?
Before he could reply, a trumpet call caught their attention and they turned to the wide oak doors. The guards opened the doors and a fairy entered the room. She was followed by two bodyguards. The majestic fairy was wearing a fancy gown made out of a dark, purplish hellebore flowers. She looked older with dark hair, but she was beautiful. She smiled toward the fairies and to the King of Pоялти. King Nicholas smiled broadly and greeted her with a hug.
She must be a queen from another realm, Anastasia thought as she eyed the sparkly crown upon the fairy’s head.
During that brief moment, Anastasia heard someone calling another fairy’s name, Fyodar!
She saw her new friend turning around and two fairies standing there with heavily frowned faces. They were glaring at him.
There he is,
one fairy scowled.
Anastasia realized that the fairy
