I have been interested in meditation since my childhood days.

I have quoted the most important references from the greatest scriptures of Yoga like Vedas, Upanishads, Geeta and many more.

Sir, I am a science Math. Teacher, I have scientific mind; hence I have thought on many research points in the realm of meditation. I have tried to ponder and question whether the evils of mind can be cured by meditation. Whether depression and mental problems can be eradicated by meditation I have thought deeply on the scientific aspect of meditation. I have been deeply interested in meditation since my early childhood days.

I was a child of six those days. It was a religious day of Ganesh Chaturthi , the birth day of Lord Ganesh of Hindus. It is celebrated with much festivity all over India.
