      With her hands overlapping one another Lilith was assisted by a nurse. Entering the room Lilith takes a seat with a stern-looking Dr. Van Pelt across from her. The nurse leaves which lightens Dr. Van Pelt’s demeanor. In a furnished cramped room, a coffee table between the two. Lilith makes a gesture at a steamy cup of tea in front of her. Dr. Van Pelt made a hand gesture and Lilith cusp the mug and takes a sip. The expression Lilith gave as it passes through her throat and into her system, pleased Dr. Van Pelt and says politely, Do you like it?

      Lilith shakes her head joyfully and places her tea on her lap giving Dr. Van Pelt her undivided attention.

      How are you, Lilith?

      Fine.

      Just fine?

      Yes.

      What did you do today?

      Lilith takes
