This set of mediumship exercises are to help you gain some practice into working towards mediumship. They are a follow on from my other course psychic and mediumship development. These exercises can be used on there own or as an aid to the above mentioned course.
Each exercise will help you to open and expand your mediumship. Do not rush these exercises they are designed to help you with your visual skills which will increase your clairvoyance.     Introduction

    This book is an extension to my other course the Psychic and mediumship development course. I wanted to write this extra book to give readers some exercises that will enable them to communicate more effectively.

    The exercises are very powerful and should not be done light heartedly they also should not be done if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Some of the exercises could be considered as meditation they are all different so do not feel you have to start right at the beginning if you have some experience in mediumship. If you have no experience in mediumship then I highly recommend that you purchase my other course as this will help you establish a good foundation. This book is more of a follow on from the course just mentioned. It will give you exercises that will begin to strengthen your link to spirit. The more you do these exercises the stronger your links will become.

    Exercise one

    The coiled spiral

    Before you commence this exercise please make sure that you have grounded yourself as if you have not you will feel very light headed. This particular technique will allow you to lift your awareness and move you closer to spirit. So to begin I would like you to sit down in a chair or somewhere comfortable. Begin to relax and just allow yourself to be still. Once you feel relaxed I want you to see a silver spiral above your head. This spiral will be your elevator to spirit. If you cannot see a silver spiral please do not worry just know it is above you.

    The spiral should be a little wider than the top of your head. It is a very strange and powerful exercise and you may even feel the spiral around your head even before you start or for some time after. When you are able to see or sense this silver spiral I would like you to find the end of it at the bottom. It should just be like a simple piece that sticks out slightly it will be on the bottom of the spiral.

    Now you have located this spiral end I would like you to allow your self to get hooked on it anyway you want to. Remember when we were children and playing on the roundabout you tried to grab the rail then suddenly it took you around with it? This is what we are after achieving here. You should feel yourself lightly connect with the spiral and find yourself moving in an anti clockwise direction.

    Allow yourself to move in the direction you are heading you can view any angle you like if you stay focused on a forward facing position you will just look ahead and feel your self moving. So long as you are moving up the spiral you are doing well.

    There is no limit to the spiral it may take you some time to reach your own level of communication or it could be quite fast. So long as you are moving you know you are still doing the right thing. At some point you will start to slow down. I personally find this is true when I am approaching the three quarter part. As you slow down I want you to keep your spirit eyes open and ears open as you need to train them to acknowledge visitors from spirit.

    You will more than likely be greeted by your own personal spirit guide or a relative in spirit. Sometimes you may be greeted by angels it really depends.

    If you are not very experienced in this field or have problems seeing clairvoyantly then more than likely you will hear someone speaking. When I first tried this exercise it was like I had just walked in on someone’s conversation. I was invited to join them as you will too.

    You can remain in this space for as long as you need too. You will know when the time has come to leave as spirit will draw away from you until you are the last one there. It is a polite way for them to let you leave.

    To return all you have to do is connect your self to the silver spiral and move in a clockwise direction. You will feel like you are unwinding eventually you will
