INTRODUCTION
This book is about changing your life. At first glance, it is an outline of a morning routine made up of 21 habits. And while those habits are incredibly important, they are simply tools to be utilized on your journey to success and growth. The purpose of this book is not to add things to your to-do list; the purpose is to give you what you need to change your life. The habits, when implemented with intention and passion, give structure to your morning and discipline to your day.
There are a few ways to read this book. It can easily be read in one sitting while having a decent grasp on the concepts. I would recommend, however, that you read one habit every day for the next 21 days. Adopt one habit per day until you reach the end of the book. Take your time as you read; lasting growth rarely happens overnight.
Striking Gold
A few years ago, my wife and I decided to plant a garden in our backyard. My wife loves gardening; she’s always had flowers and small trees in our yard that she enjoys tending to. But for some reason, we had never tried our hand at a vegetable garden. So, we decided to utilize the resources we had at our disposal and put our land to good use. It was easy to see the potential laying beneath the surface; all we had to do to see results was dig a little
