    Wisdom wins the war against the Enemy—not strength; strategy wins a war—not numbers. Wisdom is putting God’s Word to work and operating according to His wisdom. Wisdom is also engaging in battle against the Enemy, using the unfailing Word of God as a weapon. Also, it may interest you to know that these prayer guidelines were specially and divinely packaged for you. Early on Saturday morning, March 28, 2020, after my wife and I had shared a brief moment of fellowship with the Lord the night before, the angel of the Lord appeared to me with the words, "Go and write Personal Protective Prayer Equipment (PPPE)." After much deliberation in my bed, I finally succumbed to his instruction, rose from my bed, and in the following few hours birthed this e-book. Every prayer and Scripture in this publication was delivered in one sitting during that encounter.
