Comprised of parents and professionals, the mission of Educate and Empower Kids (EEK) is to empower parents to create deep connection with their kids through media education, meaningful family communication and intentional parenting. EEK works across the country to provide essential resources for parents, educators and clinicians to teach children and teenagers how to become resilient and strong.We believe this must be done by teaching digital citizenship, media literacy, and healthy sexuality education-including education about the dangers of online porn.EEK offers the 30 Days of Sex Talks Program, the 30 Days to a Stronger Child Program, How to Talk to Your Kids About Pornography guide, online resources and community workshops across the country to improve the digital lives of kids.Recently, we have published children's books: Petra's Power to See: A Media Literacy Adventure, Messages About Me: Sydney's Story and Messages About Me: Wade's Story, to help parents and kids talk about healthy body image, and Noah's New Phone: A Story About Using Technology for Good to help address positive digital citizenship
