INTRODUCTION

Human consciousness. Deeper and more mysterious than any uexplored ocean bottom. Human consciousness continues to morph within a dynamic Universe that is always transmitting information to you. Did you know that light is energy is information?

Consciousness never fails to astound and stir your imagination. It’s doing so in this moment as it asks you to open your mind to infinite possibility. Is your receiver turned on or is it tuned out?

If your receiver is tuning in, somewhere inside, you intuitively get that anything’s possible. Really. Anything is possible.

It’s this spark of realization that propels you from one day to the next like a SpaceX rocket slowly gaining momentum before breaking free of gravity. It’s not your day job, endless classes, or the list of mundane activities required of you to be a labeled a productive and acceptable member of society that keeps you going. It’s something bigger than you that also includes you.

If you’re lucky enough to have discovered what you’re really good at, and you’re making it your life’s work—mission accomplished! (Hint: Usually what you’re really good at is also what you love.) You are ready to become a leader in your field. This book is for you!

If you are feeling despondent and maybe even hopeless. If the world seems bleak and as lost as you, this book is also for you. Everything is going to be okay. And so are you. Here’s why . . .

Have you noticed that consciousness is like popcorn? At first, it’s a few that break free of societal constraints and uncon-ventional wisdom. These brave souls have been giving many subjects a great deal of thought and quite frankly, a lot of what humans do doesn’t make sense—at all. Most of what we do even seems totally backward.

Hasn’t nearly everything we’ve been told by what they say eventually proven to be flat out wrong?

From God to how long man has existed; bloodletting to the earth being flat; the acceptable levels of chemicals in our food, and the latest—aspirin and antibiotics that used to be given out like candy, New studies reveal . . .

Yet, we had to go through darkness to finally begin to see the light. I’m not going to lie, it’s been pretty dark along the way. You’ve probably had the realization that life isn’t black or white; it’s mostly the gray, or the relativity in between. (In the third dimension.) This makes life tricky enough when dealing with family, but then imagine trying to learn to play nicely with your extended human family. I know from personal experience that you’ve endured many challenges along the way!

This brings us back to human consciousness. The last 10,000 years have been a very dark shade of gray as we’ve worked our way through separation consciousness, nearly blindly putting one foot in front of the other.

Separation consciousness is the belief that everything in the Universe is separate, that we are separate from each other, and if you believe in God; we are even separate from Him.

All our social systems i.e. economics, politics, religion, etc. are created out of this core belief in separation. Considering the ridiculous amount of man-made human suffering that continues to plague the world even with our current level of technology, we can see how well separation consciousness has been working for us.

Anthropologically speaking, humans have been around a lot longer than 10,000 years. There is evidence that prior to our current patriarchal society, we were more matriarchal in nature. Record keeping passed down orally through storytelling, few historical artifacts exist from that period. Symbolism has played a large role in the telling of the matriarchal cultural story.

A society that revered Nature because they were intimately connected to it, matriarchal symbolism was later hijacked for other purposes or demonized by those seeking to disempower the feminine and erase any evidence that challenges or even contradicts our current cultural story.

Man became disconnected from Nature in his efforts to conquer her, too. This path has led humanity on a downward spiral leaving us on the
