I am so thankful for this transformational message of inspiration and courage; it impacted my inner child deeply. If you let it, this story can free you from your insecurities and encourage you to be confident enough to be who you really are instead of hiding parts of yourself! It can heal your mind and heart of former critical comments from others and assumptions because it inspires you to courageously love yourself as you are. Adults and youth need the benefit of seeing courage demonstrated in celebrating their uniqueness; this book fulfills that longing. Additionally, the colors captured in the pictures are illuminating and kept making me smile again and again; they are visually and mentally uplifting.

I believe families, classes and mentorship groups could benefit by reading this together because of the many inspirational lessons inside. The book teaches that people can still love those who judge their insecurities, love themselves through it all and share their unique gifts, bringing happiness to all around them.
