WHY DO WE NEED THIS BOOK?
This short book is intended to provide a quick step by step guide to get started with mindfulness. The free downloadable audio tracks will assist in establishing a routine and understanding. There are of course many extensive reference books on the market thoroughly explaining what is to know about mindfulness. The uniqueness of this book is to allow anyone who wishes to try mindfulness to do it with economy of time. These chapters intend to simply guide the user do develop basic understanding and a routine. Just to learn and practice.
It should be emphasised that this is a guide to help towards improved well-being it is not intended for those with major issues who should seek medical advice. The explanations in this book are kept brief and provide only the essential information. It explains why we are doing certain things and what we hope to achieve but in the simplest terms possible. There is more information provided at the end the book should you wish skip there. But for now if you wish to get started read here.
