Book Summary
About The Author
Foreword
We are in 2020 and slavery officially continues in Africa. In truth, there is no republic and democratic state in Africa. African presidents are slavers. They exploit, oppress and terrorize their peoples. How are they become presidents?
Before 1960, Africa was governed by Europe. This is called colonization. It is the refined form of slavery. In this system, the peoples living in Africa were dispossessed of their civilizations and their goods. They had no right to direct themselves or to produce goods and wealth, to manage them for themselves. They were subjected to hard labor.
From 1960 until today, Africa is ruled by African intellectual elites. This system is called neocolonialism. It is an avatar of colonialism. Its attributes are deceptive and seductive words like independence, republic, Rule of law, sovereignty, democracy, modernity, civilization. Thus colonialism disguised itself in order to be able to keep it for a very long time. To this end, the colonists employed certain Africans to replace them at the head of their colonies. They gave them responsibilities political, economic, social, cultural, religious. These are the official, docile intellectuals they have trained in their schools, their churches and their ideologies. This is how in Africa we have presidents, heads of state, ministers, deputies and black officials. They act and work on behalf of their Western masters. The power they exercise is colonial or neocolonial power in favor of the West. Thus they cynically develop misery and poverty for their subjects and enrich themselves alone. As great dictators and tyrants, they plunder and waste
