()
About this ebook
Illustrated and written in poetic verse
It can be hard to talk about mental illness. Sometimes it is easy to make fun of someone we don’t understand. Whether an adult or a child, love can be the perfect supplemental medicine to help those we love. We are all God’s sons and daughters. We are family and family we will stay.
Inside this book:
--Creative tool for therapists, parents, and educators to explain mental illness to children and young adults
--Signs of mental illness
--Provides a list and links to help resources
Stephanie Campbell
Stephanie Campbell had her first book, Until We Meet Again, published at the age of seventeen. Now, at twenty, she is still wacking away at her computer, one day at a time. When she isn't reading or writing, she likes to dance, take karate lessons, and run. After all, you never know when you're about to be sucked into another world.

We Are Family - Stephanie Campbell
Acute Stress Disorder
Caitlyn can’t forget
The horrible accident she saw.
So, she avoids the car because
It makes her feel so raw.
She can’t breathe when she remembers
And thus, she lives like an outlaw.
Before the accident, her feelings
Were not on a seesaw.
Though it may be hard,
Hold out your hand
And give Caitlyn a strength
From which she can draw.
Being kind
Is a part of God’s plan.
Love will help Caitlyn cope,
And give her beautiful
And never-ending hope.
Adjustment Disorder
Owen is so stressed
About losing his girl.
He finds it hard to cope
After losing her.
The pain whacks him in his chest
And causes him to break down.
He feels like he is in a test
He did not study for.
When he is pressed,
He becomes so sick,
Even though he knows that he is blessed.
Being kind to Owen
Will give his heart rest.
Love will help him
Through depression
And carry him safely through
These rough waters just
Like a life vest.
Alzheimer’s Disease
George’s memories
Are slipping away.
It gets worse and
