INTRODUCTION
Marriage is not for the foolish. It takes wisdom to have a peaceful family. Whenever there is crisis at home, it is an indication that foolishness is at work. CHAPTER ONE
THE FOUNDATION FOR A GODLY MARRIAGE
In counseling and other interactions with people, I always recommend that godliness be a part of our lives because this very important part is missing from many marriages.
What is Godliness?
In short, godliness is the existence of God. This usually manifests in our way of life (language, actions and behavior). A divine person is not only a religious person, but life tries to please God to the end.
God is godliness. It transcends morality. It is a spiritual experience that begins with salvation. Are you really born again? Are you a God-fearing person?
Grace is the life of God. Life is not static. In other words, life grows, develops and matures. The biggest problem for many people is that many are not born again (even if they claim to go to church) and the devotion to the born again is not increasing. The difference grows in divinity.
I know some people are already thinking about what religion has to do with relationships and marriage. Grace takes care of many marital issues. For example, a truly divine man, regardless of sexual temptation, does not attract another lover because he knows and understands that sexual relations outside his marriage are immoral and sinful.
A divine spouse or loving partner strives to please God above all else or otherwise. When I met my wife and I, I never hid from each other. She never came to see me and met another woman. She never used my phone and saw a dark conversation with another woman. Because of the depth of our relationship, we knew each time that it was not fear, uncertainty or doubt, but love.
We had a wonderful and cherished friendship without secrets, fears, doubts, envy or doubts. We were really in love in the truest sense of the word. This is how it stays in our marriage even after years of marriage.
As a married man, I never hid anything from my wife. By the grace of God, today I am not just a public figure and a gentleman. Like all of my other men, I have a great sexual temptation. I am not a wood. But do
