Whether you truly resonate with the idea of Past Lives or Karma, actually having lived another life in a different time, in physical form, most of what you’re *dealing* with is not even yours. That may sound like an easy cop-ut to no longer attempt to even do the deeper healing work, especially since, more than likely, you’ve already been doing the *deeper healing work* and for quite some time. There will continue to be instances when triggered, *stuff* rises to the surface and will require your attention, possibly even demand your attention.

For a long time, I truly wondered WHY I was dealing with so much *stuff* when I had a deep knowing that it wasn’t mine. One day I heard a well-known Coach say something that changed everything! I still got and get to do the *work* it just made it easier to understand and conscious mind resistance all but melted away instaneoulsy.

Here’s the SECRET to understanding and accepting that most of what you’re dealing with isn’t even yours ... you literally inherit *EVERYTHING* from your parents and their parents before them and so on all the way back to the beginning of simply everything. If having a Past Life is a bit of a stretch, what I suggest to my clients is to work with past issues and challenges in this life.

Think about it for a moment .... When we are first conceived, we are literally connected to our birth-Mother through the umbilical cord which is now your navel. To sustain life, everything is passed through this newly formed physical connection ... nutrition, the ability to *breathe* in the womb AND even emotion, sound, and energy.
