    For the zucchini purple  Keto, first wash the courgettes and grate with a grater. Soak in a bowl of salt and lemon juice for about 30 minutes. Then express well with your hands.

    In the meantime peel the onion and finely chop. Now mix the zucchini, onion, cheese, eggs and flour well in a bowl. Season the finished mixture with salt again.

    From the mass shape patties and bake in a Air fryer with oil on both sides golden brown.

    ZUCCHINI CURRY

    preparation

    Onion, ginger and garlic are peeled and finely chopped. Also, the chili peppers are finely chopped after they are washed.

    The zucchini and the tomatoes are washed and sliced.

    In a Air fryer , the oil is now heated and onion, ginger, garlic, chili and the chili powder mixed together and sautéed. Then add the tomato and zucchini slices and sauté for 6 more minutes, stirring constantly.

    Now add the coriander leaves and seeds and sauté for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.

    Finally, everything is seasoned with salt and pepper and served.

    ZUCCHINI SPAGHETTI WITH BRUNCH NATURE

    50Gfeta cheese

    2ELgrated Grana or Parmesan

    Cut the zucchini into fine spaghetti with a spiralizer or with a zestzer. Start from the shell, process the pulp and leave the inside with the seeds. Fry in a Air fryer with a little oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

    For the sauce: coarsely chop the inside of the zucchini and sauté in a second Air fryer with the finely chopped garlic clove. Brunch Nature or Brunch Balance Add herbs and heat. Chop feta and stir. Season with salt and pepper.

    Arrange the courgette spaghetti on plates, add the sauce and sprinkle with freshly grated Grana or Parmesan cheese.

    Halve the lemon and squeeze it out. Wash the zucchini, grate and mix with lemon juice and salt for 30 min. to let go.

    Add eggs, cheese, chopped onions and almond flour. Mix well. Heat the oil in a Air fryer and fry small portions of the zucchini mixture in the Air fryer until golden brown on both sides.

    preparation

    Wash zucchini and mushrooms and slice.

    Heat the oil in a Air fryer and fry the zucchini and mushrooms.

    Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with a little vinegar. Season with the herbs.

    ZUCCHINI MELANZANI SPREAD WITH HAZELNUTS

    100Gzucchini

    4ELolive oil

    2ELlemon juice

    150mlvegetable soup

    100mlwhipped cream

    20Ghazelnuts

    0.5TLcoriander

    preparation

    First dice the melanzani and zucchini and mince the garlic; then roast vegetables in oil in a non-stick Air fryer .

    Now pour in vegetable soup and then add garlic and lemon juice and fry for about 15 minutes.

    Add whipped cream, bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper. Finally, puree the mixture and mix with chopped hazelnuts for 3-4 hours.

    preparation

    Clean and wash the peppers and spinach and cut into small pieces.

    Simmer in a pot with a little water for 10 minutes.

    In the meantime peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Fry in a Air fryer with oil and stir in the tomato paste.

    Strain the cooked vegetables and place in the Air fryer . Mix well with salt and pepper.

    FRIED EGG ON GREEN SALAD
