y poetry from my heart and soul to yours
I’d like to dedicate my book to my family and friends from all over . Especially to my kids. My mom and my dad. Without the love and support I have been given I could not have written this book.

A little about myself . At the age of 12 I think I was, I had started writing poetry. I have a condition called bipolar disorder and at the time we had not known I had this disorder. From time to time I would get severely depressed and that’s when I would write, I would stay up for hours writing poetry or just writing how I felt in a journal. It’s always been my passion. For many years I did this to express how I felt. At some point in my late 20’s I stopped writing , I can’t tell
