About this ebook

Building with one's right hand and destroying what one has built with one's left hand is something that no one will ever think of doing. Yet, most leaders have found themselves, unawares, in this situation. They have labored very much to build their individual organizations, only to turn around, unknowingly, to destroy them in one day. This happened because they created an environment of disloyalty that contributed to their downfall and that of their organizations.

This is unfortunate; but it can be prevented. Pastor Prince G. Success, who God has given the commission to help leaders to become His (God's) delight, shows you how not to become a victim of the afore-discussed phenomenon. In this book, "Atmosphere of Disloyalty" you will learn how most leaders destroyed their lives and organizations. This knowledge will help you not to destroy yours.

Consequently, it is important that you buy this book now and begin to read and apply the wisdom in it so as to escape being a victim.

    The Intent of this Book

    CHAPTER ONE

    FIRST AND FOREMOST, READ THIS

I did not want to write this book. If I had my own way, I wouldn’t have written this book. On countless number of times, I have had to bring my will under subjection to the will of God in the process of writing it. This is because I just did not want to write it.

Writing this book was a metaphorical cup of the Garden of Gethsemane I did not want to drink from. I just did not want to write it. I can now come to terms with the Lord Jesus Christ, agonizing in the Garden of Gethsemane that if it were possible, God the Father should take away from Him the cup of going to the cross to save humanity. But He underscored that not His will, but that of His Father be done.

Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless, not my will, but thine, be done.

    Luke 22:42

That was exactly how I felt when God gave me the commission to write this book. I just did not want to write it, but I had to allow His will to be done.

Okay, let me ask you a question, How will you reconcile the concept of a man who loves to teach on loyalty to leaders, who God has now given a commission to write, speak and teach leaders on how they can demonstrate loyalty to their subordinates (and to God)? Just think about that for a moment.

To me, the best thing I did was to run away from it. You see, we can have all our plans and wills well laid down in our hearts, but in the end, it is only the will of God that will stand.

There are many devices in a man's heart; nevertheless, the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.

    Proverbs 19:21

Let me throw more light on what I said in the preceding paragraphs. You see, by the grace of God, I have written some books. All of them have gone through the mill of fasting and prayers when writing, publishing and all other aspects of the value chain. Spiritual exercise was and is a sine qua non (a necessity) in the works I do. This is to make sure that lives are touched for God and they are reconnected to Him. But this book seems to have taken divine adventurous orders and directions to see it published. This is because in the year 2005, God prompted my spirit to write to teach leaders on how they can show loyalty to God and to their subordinates. By the year 2015, I was done with about seventy percent of the manuscript; and by the year 2020, the first book – this book – out of the manuscript was published.

Why the supposed delay? Below are the reasons.

The first reason for the supposed delay was that I love leaders so much and I did not want to undertake this spiritual surgical operation of removing the tumor of leaders’ disloyalty against subordinates (and against God). In leaning on my own understanding, I thought, this was going to harm them. I did not want to do that. I love leaders so much. Thus, I had to continue to contend with the two opposing forces: the commission God has given to me and the love for leaders. But guess what, finally, I had to fulfill the commission that God has given to me, since its fulfillment embodied love for leaders: to help them to know how to live according to the precepts of God.

The second reason for the delay in publishing this book was because every vision that God gives us has its own time for its fulfillment. When the timing is missed or miscalculated, taming is inevitable. Timing is crucial.

Because to every purpose there is time and judgment, therefore the misery of man is great upon him.  For he knoweth not that which shall be: for who can tell him when it shall be?

    Ecclesiastes 8:6, 7

And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

FOR THE VISION IS YET FOR AN APPOINTED TIME, BUT AT THE END IT SHALL SPEAK, AND NOT LIE: THOUGH IT TARRY, WAIT FOR IT; BECAUSE IT WILL SURELY COME, IT WILL NOT TARRY.

    Habakkuk 2:2, 3

Thus, when God gave me the prompting in my spirit to write it, I began to pray about it for clarity and how to do it. I needed more convictions, proofs, peace and the divine timing for the said project.

Praying and fasting are the bedrock of birthing my works, especially writing my books. As I prayed, God began to prove Himself strong that He was the One who had given me that task to help leaders.

The first sign I realized, after praying and fasting, was the great presence of peace to undertake such project. Unexplainable-overflowing inner peace, after praying, is an indication that God has intervened in a particular situation one has prayed about.

Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

    Philippians 4:6, 7

The peace of God brought along with it a strong conviction about writing the book. Such conviction began to well up within me. That was the second sign that caused me to know I was supposed to write this book. The godly urge continued to become bigger and bigger. I would wake up and that was what was on my mind – the urge to write this book to help leaders and humanity.

During the fifteen years of waiting on God, as I depended on Him, He gave me much wisdom to venture into this task. It – such wisdom – is beyond comprehension. It is the wisdom of God.  The wisdom of God that He (God) gave me to undertake this work is the third proof that spurred me on to do this work.

And let patience have its perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, lacking in nothing. But if any of you lacketh wisdom, let him ask of God, who giveth to all liberally and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

    James 1:4, 5 (Revised Standard)

The fourth sign that encouraged me to write this book were the series of dreams I had that were in line with this project. Dreams are powerful channels through which God communicates to us.

For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction.

    Job 33:14 – 16

God spoke to me through many dreams. For lack of space and time, I will write on two of those dreams in this chapter; and in a later chapter, I will write on the third one.

The first dream I had concerning the commission God gave to me to undertake was when I dreamt and I saw myself walking to a large storey building. When I got to where the staircase was, I saw two groups of people. The first group comprised of young people (in the dream they looked like babies) with backpacks behind them, playing on the floor. The second group of people consisted of mature people with their business files in their hands, and others had theirs under their armpits.

The moment the members of the second group saw me, they were very happy and they followed me as I climbed the stairs. On the other hand, the first group, who had their backpacks behind them and looked more like babies, did not even know what was happening around them. They just continued to play. However, the moment some of them lifted up their eyes and saw me with the second group moving up the stairs, and desired to climb up too, all of a sudden, their backpacks disappeared, and then they instantly grew up and miraculously had their business files, either in their hands or under their armpits just like the second group: the mature group. They also followed me as we climbed to the conference hall that was filled to capacity with great leaders, eager to listen to me teach them.

When I woke up, I understood the dream. I knew what God was communicating.

Then the following day, I had another dream. In this dream, I was warned to accomplish the commission. The one who spoke to me asked, Why are you delaying? Be strong, be courageous and do this work. Do not be afraid. Complete the work!

    When I woke up, I
