DEDICATION
There are hundreds of people I would love to name that have meant
so much to me during my lifetime. I would like to mention my
brother-in-law J.T Wade. I’ve always adored his good common
sense and work habits and the good man he is, and my dear
sister Lucille

Mixed With Life
A book mixed with life
And times that come to an end.
From romance to death, all has
A beginning and most times an ending.
Much of the times in our life what we
Remember most are the surprises,
Or unplanned turns in our lives
That can leave you searching for
Answers.
Unfortunately all of us are to
Face circumstances in our lives
That makes us stronger or leave
Us devastated. How we react
To the storms of our life, tell us much
About ourselves.
We try to romanticize about all
The felling of life’s separations, and
Its fall of them. In a difficult
Time, its wise to take some time,
Relax and sort out the feelings and
We hope their book is entertaining as
Well as eye opening.
I Believe
I’ve come to believe,
Poets and all they said,
About love and God,
How they are entwined,
For our space,
From hello to goodbye,
And how brief.
Makes our life worthwhile.
How blest we are with
Years full.
I knew when you passed,
You would never be just a memory,
But part of my faith,
In all we believe.
Time
Those events that hold time,
When time stands still,
When we cannot move forward,
A door so hard to choose,
We linger there
Needing time to heal,
A word, of confidence,
Another view,
Faith,
And more time, for us,
To understand.
Who
Who put yellow
In a stone park
And the blue in the sky
And sprinkled sand around the oceans
And made Everest so high?
Who placed the oceans?
So near the shore?
We ask silly questions
We knew before
Like the velvet in sunsets
See the last tint of grey
Like the pretty rainbow
On a winters day?
We know most the answers
How quickly colors fade
The beauty is in passing
Life’s so much that way
Who planned it so perfectly?
The nights and the days
All the things to help us see
The beauty of his ways?
Life Sounds
I’ve heard life’s sounds
Trees falling in ice storms,
Trains passing,
Babies crying,
People saying goodbye,
Families breaking up,
Thunderstorms overhead,
The rooster crowing three times,
The wind in early spring,
Prayers, that could silence all,
We knew God was listening.
His Private Thoughts
If you’ll believe in me
I’ll give you water and you’ll
Never thirst again
And at your wedding
I’ll turn water into wine
Your faith will feed the multitude
Ask what you will
I’ll let you walk on the water at times
I’ll calm the storms in your life
I’ll
