About this ebook

The Lord impressed upon my heart to write this book to encourage women in all walks of life who are faced with the challenge of leadership. Whether you are a mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, daughter, a teacher, a preacher or pastor, CEO, etc., we need to know that whatever title we hold was not given to us by man but the Almighty God. This book was written to build women up in leadership, not in their abilities but their God-given abilities; to open the doors of new founding faith in God; and to trust the godly training we have been taught by our many mentors.
Women in godly leadership, we should walk by faith and not by sight with our heads up high, always looking to Jesus who is the author and the finisher of our most holy faith.

    Having That Now Faith

How many times in my lifetime have I quoted the scripture in the Bible Now faith is the substance things hope for and the evidence of things not seen? The Lord asked me, What does that mean to you? I know when the Lord asks you a question you better think before you answer. Thinking what can this mean, I think I know, I said out loud. Lord, to me it means the day you read the Bible you believe what you read at the present time, or the day that you hear a rhema word, meaning the spoken word, you believe right now. Oh, Lord, what’s going on?

It was like the Lord was saying, I was waiting on you to ask me. The Lord began to recall how he instructed me on being called to pastor—how I read in the Bible You will enter into a work that you did not labor for, you will reap where you did not sow, you will enter into another’s labor, and you will reap another harvest and how I just believed the Lord was talking to me and I didn’t doubt. I told my prayer partner, The Lord said I will be appointed over someone else’s ministry, the work will already be started. I just had blind faith, I didn’t know how the Lord was going to do it, and I just knew it shall come to pass. A few months later, it came to pass. It was like I was in a daze; all I could think about was taking care of the flock, being a shelter, and fighting off the wolves in sheep’s clothing.

    The Lord began
