Glimpse His Wisdom
In the beginning before all time was the word Christ and the word was with God, and the word was God Himself. He was present originally with God. All things were made and came into existence through Him, and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being In Him was Life, and the Life was the Light of men and the Light shines on in the darkness, for the darkness has never overpowered it put it out or absorbed it or appropriated it, and is unreceptive to it.
(St. John 1:1-5) Amplified
As we read, Christ was with God from the beginning when God decided to speak the universe into existence. Christ knew that He would have to come to earth to redeem man from sin. You see, God knows the end of all things; he is a God that knows the end before he starts, that’s why He is God. When God made this universe, He knew every invention that was going to be made, and everything that was going to be discovered on the face of the earth by man. He know how many people will be born on the face of the earth every day. He know how many people are going to die on the face of the earth every day, He know the secrets of your heart and pain you are facing throughout the day. He also know that the devil and his demons are not in control of this universe. God is in control of everything you could imagine, must I go on? You name it God knows.
As I look out my window on certain mornings, I see the glory of God everywhere. It would be so thick that I couldn’t see the houses that are on my block for God’s Glory. The people of this day call it fog, but that is, not what it is, it is God’s Glory. I use to call it fog too until the Holy Spirit told me that is not what it was, but it was his Glory, the Glory of God. I was so amazed that my eyes were open to see into the invisible; the spirit of the Lord. I love it when the Holy Spirit opens up our understanding to the revelation of God’s word.
The children of Israel was on a journey going to worship their God, but while they were traveling a cloud of Gods’ glory was in the midst. The children of Israel couldn’t see where they were going because of the thickness of the glory. As long as the glory cloud was with them they could not travel. I believe God wanted them to rest, just like he wants us
