Bakpo? (which simply means why in the dialect Kelantaneese) is about a desire for self-expression of a teenage girls observations due to the high rate of moral decadence among youths nowadays. This is inspired by the reading of a zine-like book, which is Chonteng, the simple clause. Like the Chonteng, Bakpo? is expressing awareness with poems, dialect, and multilingualism.

When I was 4 years old,

Innocent with nowhere to hold,

Everything in life I believe there is story to be told,

Whenever new things happened, the word `Bakpo?’ echoed,

So many things I wish it has its own conclusion,

I`m not asking for solution,

Just a simple answer with non- ending questions,

People in my life easily filled with boredom,

This time they reply, the other time they turn into stone.
