Encourage Your Soul: It's Not as Bad as It Seems
By Vel Humbert
()
About this ebook
Encourage Your Soul was written to help Christian believers understand that even in their darkest moments, God is always there.
Oftentimes we are so consumed with the everyday trials of life that we neglect to put our focus where it really belongs. We identify with so many issues in our life that as much as we say we have confidence and faith in God, we will waiver when it comes to our own personal issues.
There are times when we look to others to get us through when all we need to do is keep our faith in God, trust in His word, and be confident in who we are in the Lord. He will never leave us or forsake us. I dare you to try Him. After all, youve tried everything elsewhy not try God?
Vel Humbert
Vel Humbert wrote Encourage Your Soul based upon real life experiences. The trials and tribulations that she experienced during a dark time in her life helped to strengthen her faith in Christ and enabled her to encourage others. The book is designed to show other Christians that if they keep their focus, especially during the rough moments in their lives, God will be able to sustain them. Vel resides in Baltimore, Maryland. She has two children and two granddaughters that she loves dearly. Family is very important to her, but her foundation in Christ is even more important.

Introduction
1 Can These Dry Bones Live?
2 Why Do I Keep Doing the Same Thing?
3 What Do I Do When I’ve Tried Everything?
4 How Do I Handle the Unexpected?
5 How Do I Encourage Myself?
This book is dedicated to everyone, regardless of your religion, that you may come to know Jesus Christ for yourself and establish a never-ending relationship with Him.
If you are not a believer, hopefully you will become a believer and ask, What must I do to be saved?
Perhaps you have strayed away from God. Read this book and you’ll learn that God never takes a break from you. The Bible says, He will not leave you nor forsake you
(Deuteronomy 31:8 NKJV). Maybe you just need to be encouraged. Your faith will see you through if you just believe. Believing in Jesus Christ is essential in order to benefit from the experiences written in this book.
I say to all, take the parts you need and share them with others, that they may be encouraged and know they are not alone. The Word of God has helped me in the past and is still helping me today. I thank God for the opportunity to share these experiences with you. May the grace of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, guard your hearts and minds, and keep you in perfect peace. Amen!
Introduction
This book was inspired by God. Fictional characters have been used to demonstrate real-life situations that you may have experienced, are encountering now, or may face in the future. As you read the stories, ask yourself, Can this be me?
The purpose of this book is to encourage and give hope to anyone that has experienced or is going through a rough time. It was not the experiences that brought each character through
