I would like to pay a tribute to our daughter Stephanie Bade for her help with typing and correcting of my grammatical errors. Without her help this book wouldn’t be published. I would like to say thank you to my wife, Marlena, for her support and help.

    INTRODUCTION

    CHAPTER 1

    Does God Exist?

Is there a difference between faith’s belief in how one gets to heaven and reality of when people go to heaven? My mother started going to church when I was ten years old, and she always took me with her. My mother never had the discussion with me on whether there was a heaven or hell. I actually had to sit in Sunday school class and learn heaven and hell really existed.

According to Romans 3:10, As it is written: ‘There is none righteous, no, not one.’ God says, There is not one human being in a right relationship with the Holy God as a natural man, woman, boy, or girl. Romans chapter 3:11 reads, There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God. As a minister, a pastor, an attorney, and a layperson in a church, I have asked several people in all walks of life, and no one was able to give me an answer.

We may say to ourselves, I may have done wrong a time or two. We all compare ourselves to other people and say, I am not like them. We may also ask if Job was a sinful man. No. So why in Romans 3:12 does it state, They have all turned aside; They have together become unprofitable; There is none who does good, no, not one. God isn’t saying, We don’t do some good things. He is saying, We are unprofitable for what God created us for, and all the goodness we might come up with is not good enough.

Romans 3:18 reads, There is no fear of God before their eyes. People act
