About this ebook
Hopefully, this can be achieved through my scribed works. Divine inspiration and encouragement of the Holy Ghost led me to share this published work.
Ministry comes in different forms and different levels of knowledge. Since I am maturing in wisdom and discernment, sharing my knowledge may support and confirm my readers levels of understanding and knowledge of the Bible. Translation and interpretations may vary. The Lord gives us gifts of understanding, wisdom, and discernment for clarity of his Word.
When the Holy Spirit tells us to obey the Lords will, we must obey. This and other published works to come are the result of my obedience to the Lord.
Please look for more of Gods published scripture-based works and grow in the Word of the Lord with me. If you find it too elementary, perhaps you can pass it on to others.
Thank you for your prayers, interest, and curiosity of this book. I look forward to your interest in many more to come.

I am a fifty-three-year-old Christian woman. My college degrees are important to me, but my BA degree in Christ is the most valuable degree of all. I’m born-again and proud of it. My biological family, church family, and friends are very dear to me. I am a native Central Californian. I’m currently retired due to a disability. I believe that once an educator, always an educator. I’ve been featured in Who’s Who publications. Perhaps, I will return to public teaching one day, in Jesus’s name. I have been inspired by our Heavenly Father to scribe several manuscripts with the Holy Ghost’s support. My health has allowed limited time and energy in the production of my work because I’ve been forced to write much of my work from my bed. Many days, I’ve felt like I imagine what Job must have felt. God has blessed me to pray, study his Word, and scribe his wisdom. It’s all Bible-based. My cell phone and time have proven to be lifesaving tools in scribing God’s words. I’m driven by obedience to my God of heaven. The Lord of heaven has called me to share his works with potential readers. Writing/scribing has also been a good emotional therapy for me. My mind, body, and soul belong to the Lord of heaven. He sustains me because he cares about me. He cares about all his children. To prove his love, he sacrificed his son’s life to give us the option of eternal life with him. For this purpose, I believe that God’s love and Word are worthy to be shared around the world. This is a requirement for believers of Jesus Christ. Before you read this book, please pray to receive understanding, discernment, and wisdom. In doing so, you should deepen and solidify your relationship with the Lord of heaven. He especially loves obedient and wise children. Thank you. Enjoy and watch out for future books. This was authored by God and scribed by Nora Helen Henry, with the Holy Ghost’s support. In Jesus’s name. Amen.

We Must Persevere
This book is dedicated to my two older brothers. We will not only always share DNA. We will also share wonderful memories.
Michael is deceased but will always have a part of my heart. He once worked in stores, when he wasn’t doing construction work. He would bring me some of those Root beer and Cinnamon candies. We enjoyed eating them together. He would often remind me that I was a girl and would rough play
with me, to toughen me up
. At first, I would cry. I then realized that he would stop if I wouldn’t cry. Our parents were always present but never intervened. I guess they knew I needed to learn to physically defend myself. I also remember Michael sharing his homemade freezer banana milkshakes with me. I could hardly wait for that sweet, creamy and refreshing treat to harden in the bottom of our brown refrigerator freezer. He also tried to teach me how to play tennis, with no success. I might have learned
