Zoha Khokhar

I picked up a love for reading and writing at a very young age, and haven't stopped doing either since then. I've had a brief career as a teacher, writing poems and stories to teach as well as my own works on the side.

Just a Thought - Zoha Khokhar

    Certain

There is a certain type of man

Who lives by paper, if he can.

But writes not theories or letters of state

Or laws for the country both little and great.

    Dipping and spinning further in

    Coloured tendrils creeping ’round

    Twisting with a whispered sound

    Water clear now swirling black

While coloured hues flit here and back

And now the real creation starts

From breaking minds and twisting hearts

    For through the
