ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
I would like to thank Monica Allen, Frank Holden, and Bente Thomas for all the help they gave me in writing this book.
To start, the first thing I will say about this book is that all these concepts are based on logic and a lifetime of observation. This book is aimed at the average person. Most people live their day-to-day lives without any thought of the consequences of their actions. I hope that reading this book will enhance your self-awareness. You could refer to this book as philosophy, but what is philosophy? It is the ability to put into different words concepts that people already understand. I will cover many concepts. Please remember all these concepts—and many more that I have not covered—come together to make us what we are. More than three years ago, I wrote a paper called A Simple View of the Universe. That article might help you understand the thinking behind this book. I have added the article to the end of this book (see appendix), and it appears on the website under the same name.
PERFECTION
This is a good subject to start with.
