About this ebook

Dieting has become very popular in our communities today. Food consumers have become particular of what they eat, because not all food is good for our bodies. While certain foods are body-building, some are the source of many diseases in our world today. Long life is attributed to good eating habits. What is naturally true is also spiritually true. Theres food readily available at no cost that can transform our lives for the better. Many people are misinformed about this food. They are hungry in the midst of abundance and sick in the presence of the Great Physician. God in His wisdom has given us food to keep us healthy and strong. And that food is found in the bread of life. Here in this book, you will personally discover how this bread of life can bring healing to your body and victory to your spiritual battles.

    Notes

Jesus said, For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed (John 6: 55). At the Communion table, it is the very life of God that we contact in the Communion. We renew our eternal life policy every time we come to the Communion table. It is Zoe, the very life of God that we contact in the Communion, so that whatever flows in Jesus (the Vine) begins to flow in us (the branch).

    INTRODUCTION

This is not an academic book; rather it is a devotional one that will help the readers enrich their personal walk with the Lord… For We all possess knowledge. But knowledge puffs up… (1 Cor. 8:1), and that… the letter kills, but the spirit gives life (2 Cor. 3:6). The Lord’s Supper in some sections of the Church is full of myths. In some denominations Communion is only taken at a certain time of the year or once a month and everyone dresses in black. In some churches, you have to confess your sins before partaking, others don’t eat because only the 144000 are worthy to eat and drink at the Lord’s Supper. The meaning of this meal is interpreted differently. Some say it is only a memorial, casual, religious meal, others will say the bread and wine turns into the real body and blood of Jesus. And if you eat it with sin in your life you will be struck dead.

It is my sincere desire to share with you some nuggets I have discovered through many years of study and research on this topic; that man is a hungry being. He should eat in order to live and that man is what he eats. There’s Bread of life that this world doesn’t know about. Those who seem
