The author is a physician with over 30 years of experience taking care of cancer patients. When he suffered a life-threatening cardiac event, he knew that the only chance that he had to see his children graduate from College was if he changed his lifestyle. Besides healthy eating, exercise, and medications, he became a Yoga and Meditation practitioner. He has enjoyed excellent health since. That was 25 years ago. His 2 children graduated from professional school. Now he is the proud grandfather of 3 beautiful, vibrant grand children, ages 2-6. And a new baby girl is coming soon.
