It’s
been a couple years since you and I have became facebook friends, and a little over a year since we exchanged phone numbers. Well before that, I printed your profile from Gaydar Girls, because I think that’s the best photograph of you. That pic combined with the sound of your sexy voice and the vivid fantasies I’ve created up in my mind about you, have been my focus while I’ve masturbated many times. Still, let’s put all that aside.
My best friend Ashira and I are coming to New York, because Ashira has business there. We will be there for the entire weekend. I give you a call, but you don’t pick up, so I leave you a message to give you all the details about when we’ll arrive and what hotel we’ll be staying at in the Big Apple.
Man, I really hope Melissa’s not out of town, I think to myself, because I really want to meet her.
Then I second-guess myself: Maybe it’s good if she’s gone. Maybe that will keep me out of some trouble I sure as hell don’t need.
It’s been a year since I dumped that deadbeat boyfriend of mine, and I’ve finally moved on with my life. It sure feels good to be free and to have a little peace of mind.
Every now and then, you give me a call and tell me how beautiful it is in whatever city you’re visiting. It’s only been a year and a few months since you retired, and you haven’t wasted any time traveling and seeing the world.
I’ve never really mentioned anything about you to my best friend, Ashira. I guess I’ve kind of kept you as my little secret; the only other person who knows about you is my psychiatrist.

One thing I don’t think I’ll ever get used to is flying. It’s been a long time since I was on a plane ride. As a matter of fact, my last time flying was when I was about ten years old. I was with my mother and we experienced some very bad turbulence. I laid my head on my her lap and prayed to God, if You let us make it down safely, I’ll never fly again.
That was thirty-three years ago! I’ve just worked up the courage to board another plane; for you. It’s more than courage though, it’s also hope. My secret hope is that this trip will be the one on which we will finally cross paths. I had a little help from my psychiatrist and a couple pills to get me there and back home without experiencing a panic attack.
The time has come to head to the airport, and Ashira speeds down the expressway, trying to make it to Midway on time. I feel panic building up inside me. My chest is tightening and my breathing is quicker and more
