    It has been brought to our attention by friends, that most cookbooks are designed for large groups of people or a minimum of 4-6 or family size. They asked if there was any possible way we could do a cookbook for Bachelors and Bachelorettes.

    So here it goes!

    Most of these recipes freeze well, in portions for easy & fast preparation when needed. Just take them out of the freezer and thaw.

    We hope you try them all and enjoy making them as much as we do.

    Refrigerate & freeze promptly.

    Breakfast

    Pancake Mix

    Buttermilk Pancake Mix

    Waffles

    Cheese Omelet

    Pancake Mix

    Mix first 4 ingredients together.

    In a separate bowl mix next 3 ingredients.

    Mix them together slowly.

    Cook on oiled griddle on a higher setting.

    Makes 2-3 medium sized cakes.

    Note: When bubbles come through turn & cook other side.
