You will also be given tools to help when times seem insufferable. As you sit back at the end of your day, and connect with this planner, you will be able to reflect on the day of motherhood, hold yourself accountable for self-care, as well as grow towards a goal.
Keera L. Albergaria
Born in Washington, now residing in Rhode Island. Keera L. Albergaria is a wife and a mother. Her passion to help others began when she dedicated time to mission trips and started her career as a personal trainer. It was during her postpartum with her youngest son, that she was diagnosed with postpartum depression. She sought out a way to help other mothers who suffer as well. She became a certified life coach and created a way to help others gain strength both mentally as well as physically. Through her workshops, mothers found a community where hardships were worked through. She now dedicates her time to help as many moms cope with everyday adversities.
