About this ebook

This book is a daily devotional prayers and uplifting messages inspired by the ways and life of our Lord Jesus Christ, His prayer life and ministry—most especially in the book of Mark, which said, “Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed” (Mark 1:35). This book has been put together and designed to help all believers out there. I understand we all keep a busy schedule in our daily lives, but still, no matter how busy we might seem to be, we should not be too busy to pray, for it is said that a busy life makes prayer life hard, but a prayerful man makes a busy life easier. God is always expecting to hear from us to give us new word as we seek Him each day, for as a good father loves to talk to his children, so also God loves to talk to His children. Having said that, with the help of God, we have been able to put together this book to help believers keep God first in our daily lives, by reading one page per day to pray and commit our day unto God’s hand. My prayer is that we receive word from God each day as we read and pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.

    New Every Morning. - David A. Bolaji

    DAY 1

    Topic ::: Feed on the Word Daily

    Text   ::: Psalm 119:105, Matthew 4:4

    Living without the Word is like walking in darkness without a lamp, for the Word is the light of men. Therefore, feed on the Word (Bible).

    One of the things that will determine the growth of a man in the Kingdom is how well he feeds on the word, for spiritual growth cannot be achieved without feeding on the Word. Feeding has been said to be one of the fastest ways to grow in life, for without feeding there is no growth, and to have a proper growth, you must feed properly. Also in the same way we feed our body, we must feed our spirit, for it is written, Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God, which means we must feed on the Word daily to direct and order our steps. David said, Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.

    And to be steadfast with God, we must feed on the word daily and not once in a while, for the wine of yesterday cannot intoxicate you today. And in order to keep burning with God’s power and might, we must keep feeding on the Word. Therefore, create time for feeding today, and your spirit shall always be lifted. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, give me the grace to feed on Your Word daily in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 2

    Topic ::: His Will Matters

    Text   ::: 2 Samuel 6:6–9, Ecclesiastes 12:13

    Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man (Eccles. 12:13). Good morning.

    Doing the work of God is good, but doing it without His will is dangerous, for His will matters a lot in whatever we are doing for Him. Even though all Uzzah was doing was to guide the ark of God from falling, he was struck to death because he acted against the will of God. The Bible said, When they came to the threshing floor of Nakon, Uzzah reached out and took hold of the ark of God, because the oxen stumbled. The Lord’s anger burned against Uzzah because of his irreverent act; therefore, God struck him down, and he died there beside the ark of God (2 Sam. 6:6–7). At this, they were all terrified and the king said, How can the ark of the Lord ever come to me? Why? The Bible said he (David) was afraid of the Lord that day (2 Sam. 6:9).

    It was my father that told me, It is possible to do the right thing, but doing it in a wrong way. Therefore, the service you are rendering for God, is it according to His will? Or do you just want to be seen? It will be sad, to work and still get punished for working, for His will matters a lot in serving Him. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, please guide me to serve according to Your will, in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 3

    Topic ::: The Higher Power

    Text   ::: Acts 17:22–23, Hebrews 8:11

    I do not believe in Jesus, neither do I believe in God, he said, but I do believe in a higher power. Good morning, welcome to the Lord’s day.

    The speech above is common among men today, most especially in the Western world. Tell a man about Jesus or mention God, and he will tell you, Oh, I don’t believe in that, but I know there’s a higher power. As Paul went to the people of Athens who made an altar for an unknown god, I have also come to you today to speak on the higher power. The Bible said, Paul then stood up in the meeting of the Areopagus and said: ‘People of Athens! I see that in every way you are very religious. For as I walked around and looked carefully at your objects of worship, I even found an altar with this inscription: to an unknown god. So, you are ignorant of the very thing you worship—and this is what I am going to proclaim to you" (Acts 17:22–23).

    The problem with this generation is not because we do not know there is God, but because we refuse to believe, for long ago, the Lord made a new covenant when He said, No longer will they teach their neighbor, or say to one another, ‘Know the Lord,’ because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest (Heb. 8:11). The only higher power is Jesus and no one else, for all authority and power has been given unto Him (Matt. 28:18). Therefore, come to that higher power today, and you shall be saved. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, please open my eyes to the true higher power in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 4

    Topic ::: Unending Mercy

    Text   ::: Lamentations 3:22, Hebrews 4:16

    The arm of the Lord is not too short to help us; neither is His ear blocked from hearing our prayers, but our asking rate is not enough. Good morning.

    The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, and His mercy never comes to an end. The Bible said, Up till now you have not asked for anything. One thing I’ve come to understand about this generation is that when we ask God something for a little time and do not see answers on time, we always give up, instead of praying until something happens. Jesus said, Ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full (John 16:24). God is not deaf to our requests, and His arms are not too short to reach us, but His time and terms are different from ours.

    The Bible said, Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail (Lam. 3:22). The unending mercy of God is what keeps me and you going till today, for we are not better than those who have died; therefore, while we are still here, let’s ask for His unending mercy and He will surely show us, for His mercies endure forever. Do have a wonderful week ahead. God bless.

    Prayer ::: Father, I’ve come to Your throne of mercy today. Please show me Your unending mercy in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 5

    Topic ::: Pray Until Something Happens

    Text   ::: Daniel 10:12–14, 1Thessalonians 5:17–18

    A man that has not sat down that wants to rest his back—tell him his head will not be spared, but hurt seriously. Pray until something happens (PUSH). Good morning.

    Though the Lord had answered the prayer of Daniel since the first day he prayed, the answer was delayed by the prince of Persia who withheld the angel the Lord sent for twenty-one days (Dan. 10:12–13). Daniel was unaware of this, but he kept praying until the Lord sent the angel Michael to fight the prince of Persia and help the other angel to go deliver the answer to Daniel’s prayer. This shows us that if Daniel had remained silent after the first day he prayed, maybe the Lord wouldn’t have sent the angel Michael to assist the withheld angel. But Daniel kept praying until he received his answer.

    The Bible said, Pray continually (1 Thess. 5:17). That which you are asking God to do for you, have you not stopped praying about it? Have you not given up on it? God is not a magician and prayer also is a process, and until you see the result of what you want, you don’t stop praying, then your answers will come. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, please answer all my prayers and requests to You today in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 6

    Topic ::: It’s Common to Man

    Text   ::: 1 Corinthians 10:13, James 1:2–3

    It is exaggeration and flattery to tell someone what they’re going through is strange or new—that will not be true, for there’s nothing new under the sun. Good morning.

    Therefore, let no man think what is happening to him is strange or special, but let him know his challenges are common among men, for the Bible said, No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it (1 Cor. 10:13). So when temptation comes, we should not be frightened, but we should look for a way out, for God will always provide a way out. And as believers, we should always expect to be tested and tempted. The Bible says, Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance (Jas. 1:2–3).

    We shouldn’t allow trials and temptations to break us. Let’s always remember Christ, who was tempted in all ramifications but he never sinned and he endured it all to the end. The Bible said, In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood (Heb. 12:4). Therefore, stop thinking what you’re going through is strange but know that it’s common to man, and God will deliver you. Stay blessed.

    Prayer ::: Father, please deliver me from any temptation that may come my way, in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 7

    Topic ::: Reckless Love

    Text   ::: John 15:12–13, Romans 5:8

    Even though he knew what would happen to him if he came, he still chose to come so that you and I could have salvation. What kind of reckless love is this?

    What kind of love is this, that a man prayed for those persecuting him to the point of death (Luke 23:34)? What kind of love is this, that a man agreed to pay a debt he never owed, even with his own life (Gal. 3:13–15)? What kind of love is this, that a man loved his foes and those who hated him and even died for them (Rom. 5:8)? Physically it’s reckless, but spiritually it’s not, for God said He takes no delight in the death of a sinner, but rather wants them to repent and turn to Him (Ezek. 18:23). But then there’s a price to be paid for us to all be free from the bondage of sin, a life sacrifice, for it is written "without shedding of blood is no remission (Heb. 9:22). Then God sent His one and only begotten Son to pay the price for us all.

    Jesus said, "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends (John 15:13). So I ask, to what extent can you go to show your love back for Christ? Can you be reckless for Him too? Or don’t you even believe in Him? In case you don’t, please start today, for no one can never love us the way He does, and the love endures forever. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, please teach me to love, and let Your love abide in me forever in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 8

    Topic ::: Feed My Sheep

    Text   ::: Mark 16:15, John 21:3–17

    It is easy to be a good friend to someone in their presence, but it is awesome to still remain good to them even when they’re not present. Good morning.

    Three times, the Bible said, Peter denied knowing Jesus, but then the Lord already foretold this before it happened, and He prayed for him (Luke 22:31–34). After that, Christ told the disciples, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15). But still Peter was carried away in his dealings, just because the master was not there. For the Bible said, ‘I’m going out to fish,’ Simon Peter told them, and they said, ‘We’ll go with you.’ So, they went out and got into the boat, but that night they caught nothing (John 21:3). Instead of going after souls, Peter was going after fish. Yet Jesus appeared to him and others where they were fishing and performed a miracle for them to catch fish. Afterward, Jesus called Peter and reinstated him, for the Bible said Jesus asked him three times if he truly loved Him (John 21:15–16).

    The Bible said, The third time he said to him, ‘Simon son of John, do you love me?’ Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, ‘Do you love me?’ He said, ‘Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.’ Jesus said, ‘Feed my sheep’ (John 21:17). Do you also love Him? Have you backslid from feeding His sheep? Come to Him today so that He can reinstate and restore you, for nothing in life brings more joy than serving the Lord.

    Prayer ::: Father, please reinstate and restore me to You, in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 9

    Topic ::: Thy Rod and Thy Staff

    Text   ::: Psalm 23:4, Hebrews 12:8

    Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me. (Ps. 23:4)

    Rejoice, you who still were disciplined by the Lord, for you are regarded as a son. If you are disciplined by God when you go wrong, I say to you again, Rejoice, for the moment the Lord leaves a man to his sins, he’s finished and it only takes the grace of God to rekindle a new relationship. Even though David sinned a lot against God, one of the things that always brought him joy was the Lord’s discipline, for then he always knew, oh, he was still saved. David said, Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me, for the same rod a shepherd used in directing the sheep was also what he used to spank them. Thinking of it, how can punishment comfort a man? I have never seen a man who enjoys punishment without any expectations; men will only endure punishment when they know the benefits.

    The Bible said if you are not disciplined—and everyone undergoes discipline—then you are not legitimate, not true sons and daughters at all (Heb. 12:8). Therefore, rejoice when the Lord punishes you for going wrong, for that alone is an assurance of being saved. But that doesn’t give us the right to continue sinning; we should always abide by all his rules. God bless.

    Prayer ::: Lord, I thank you for disciplining me when I go wrong. Please continue to guide me till the end, in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 10

    Topic ::: Pray Without Ceasing

    Text   ::: Colossians 4:2, 1 Thessalonians 5:17, 2 Peter 3:8

    Has God not said to us, Devote yourself to prayer, being watchful and thankful (Col. 4:2)? Why then should we pray once and stop? Pray without ceasing. Good morning, welcome to the Lord’s day.

    It has been proven by nature that precious things of the world are always hidden, and to get them, you must go through a strict and hard process, because they do not come cheaply. Most of them are always underneath the earth’s crust, and it takes patience and hard work to get them. In the same way also are answers to our prayers; they do not come cheaply. It takes process, patience, and consistency in place of prayers for our prayers to be answered, for God is not a magician and His time is different from ours.

    How many times have you prayed that you are getting tired of praying? Have you prayed up to a thousand years? The Bible said, A thousand years before the Lord are like a day (2 Pet. 3:8). Therefore, don’t be tired, don’t give up, pray without ceasing until you see your answers manifesting. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, please hear all my prayers and let them be answered in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 11

    Topic ::: Pray Until Something Happens 2

    Text   ::: Jeremiah 29:13, Mark 10:48–52

    Does the power to answer prayer belong to man? No, for all power in heaven and on earth belongs to God, who gives heed to the cry of those who call on him. So pray. Good morning.

    The Bible said, As Jesus and his disciples were leaving the city, a blind man named Bartimaeus was sitting by the roadside begging. When he heard that Jesus of Nazareth was passing, he began to cry out ‘Jesus son of David, have mercy on me!’ Many rebuked him to keep quiet but he shouted all the more. And Jesus stopped and said, ‘What do you want me to do for you?’ The blind man said, ‘I want to see.’ Jesus said, ‘Go, your faith has healed you.’ Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus (Mark 10:48–52).

    If Bartimaeus had kept quiet when he was rebuked by the crowd, he wouldn’t have gained his sight back, but he shouted all the more and Jesus heard his cry and his sight was restored. Never let anyone’s actions or words stop you from praying, for your prayers are not to men but to God. Keep praying until you see it happening. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, I refuse to be distracted in the place of prayer, in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 12

    Topic ::: Pray Until Something Happens 3

    Text   ::: Psalm 55:16–17, Luke 18:1–8

    As for me, I will call upon God, and the Lord shall save me. Evening and morning and at noon I will pray and cry aloud, and He shall hear my voice. (Ps. 55:16–17)

    And Jesus said to his disciples, In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared about men. And there was a widow who kept coming to him with plea, ‘Grant me justice against my adversary.’ For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, ‘Even though I don’t fear God or care about men, because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won’t wear me out with her coming!’ And Jesus said, Listen to what the unjust judge says. And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones who cry out to him day and night? I tell you he will see to it that they get justice. (Luke 18:1–8)

    Therefore, what we need for our prayers to be answered is persistence, not stopping halfway but keeping on praying until something happens, for God said we should ask until our joy is full (John 16:24). God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, please give me the grace to be persistent in prayer, in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 13

    Topic ::: Honor the Lord Your God

    Text   ::: 1 Kings 3:4–5, 9:2–3; Proverbs 3:9–10

    Honor the Lord from your wealth and from the first of all your produce; then your barns will be completely filled, and your vats will overflow with new wine. (Prov. 3:9–10)

    Twice, the Bible said, the Lord appeared to King Solomon. The first time the Bible said, The king went to Gibeon to offer sacrifices, for that was the most important high place, and Solomon offered a thousand burnt offerings on that altar. At Gibeon, the Lord appeared to Solomon during the night in a dream, and God said, ‘Ask for whatever you want me to give you’ (1 Kgs. 3:4–5). Again the Bible said, Solomon offered a sacrifice of fellowship offerings to the Lord: twenty-two thousand cattle and a hundred and twenty thousand sheep and goats. So the king and all the Israelites dedicated the temple of the Lord (1 Kgs. 8:63). And after that, the Bible said, The Lord appeared to him a second time, as he had appeared to him at Gibeon. The Lord said to him, I have heard the prayer and plea you have made before me" (1 Kgs. 9:2–3).

    How well do you honor God with your resources? Or do you say that’s in the Old Testament? I tell you the truth: one of the ways to move the hand of the Lord and unlock His blessings is by honoring Him with our substance. Therefore, if you’ve not given to Him before, start honoring Him today, and His blessings shall be poured on you mightily. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, please give me the heart to honor you with all I have, in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 14

    Topic ::: The Only Way

    Text   ::: Psalm 16:4, Acts 4:12

    It is a plain lie to say Christ is one of the ways to heaven, for Christ is not one of the ways, but the only way to heaven. Therefore, do not be deceived. Christ is the only way. Good morning.

    Ignorance, they say, is a disease, a killer disease. The Bible said, My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6). I can’t remember everything my mom did for me; she did a lot, for she was a good mother. But the nuggets I gained through her are inexhaustible resources. One of her words I will never forget is Those who failed to serve God will serve what is not up to God, which is true, for those who say they don’t believe in Christ are always found worshiping idols. Isn’t it strange? A man will go out to get an image, some even carve it themselves, then bring it home and start worshipping, bowing down, and calling it their god. Yet they know no peace, but always have sorrow, for the Bible said, The sorrows of those who run after another god shall multiply (Psalm 16:4, ESV).

    The common slogan among men is, we are all serving the same God, but I tell you, if you are not for Christ, you are serving your own God, for the Bible said, Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, NIV). Therefore, if you’re yet to give your life to Christ, please do it today, for Christ alone is the only way. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, please open my eyes to the only way and save my soul in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 15

    Topic ::: Only Trust in Him

    Text   ::: Psalm 62:8, Isaiah 41:10

    Every weight that seems unbearable for you, the Lord is taking away this month in the name of Jesus. Only trust in Him. Happy new month.

    David said, Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge (Ps. 62:8). The same God on the mountaintop is also the same God in the valley. Therefore, do not think He has forgotten or forsaken you in your trial. God can never forget us, for He said, See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me (Isa. 49:16), meaning He’s always with us and He’s seeing everything. His word also said, So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand (Isa. 41:10).

    Therefore, no matter what you’re going through today, I say to you, Trust in the Lord, for He alone can give you joy and restore your peace. I pray today for everyone going through hard times. The Lord God of heaven shall make you smile again this month in the name of Jesus. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, in you alone I put my trust. Please restore my joy to me and give victory to me in all ramifications in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 16

    Topic ::: Pray Until Something Happens 4

    Text   ::: Luke 11:7–9, Isaiah 40:31

    Those who pray and seek the Lord day and night without giving up shall receive more than they ask for in prayer, for the God we serve is called Jehovah Overdo. Good morning.

    Then Jesus said to his disciples, Suppose one of you has a friend, and he goes to him at midnight and says, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves of bread, for a friend of mine on a journey has come to me and I have nothing to set before him.’ Then the one inside answers, Don’t bother me. The door is already locked, and my children are with me in bed. I can’t get up and give you anything.’ I tell you, he will not get up to give him the bread because he is his friend, but because of the man’s boldness and continuous request, he will get up and give him as much as he needs, for everyone who asks receive, he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks, the door will be opened (Luke 11:5–10).

    Only those who wait persistently in prayer will be answered by the Lord. Wait on the Lord fervently, and God will happen for you. Even what you don’t ask for, He will also do, for He is Jehovah Overdo. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, please give me the grace to wait on you in the place of prayer, in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 17

    Topic ::: Pray Until Something Happens 5

    Text   ::: 1 Kings 18:44, James 5:17

    It is said that winners never quit, and quitters never win. So quitting is not an option, but keep praying until something happens. Good morning, welcome to the Lord’s day.

    The seventh time the servant reported, A cloud as small as a man’s hand is rising from the sea. So Elijah said, Go and tell Ahab, ‘Hitch up your chariot and go down before the rain stops you.’ (1 Kings 18:44)

    Elijah prayed for rain to come on the land after it had not rained for three and a half years. The first time he prayed, nothing happened; the second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth, nothing happened, until the seventh time, his servant said, A cloud as small as a man’s hand is rising from the sea. And a heavy rain started falling as a result of his prayer. Elijah never stopped praying until he saw his answer manifesting, why then should we stop praying when we haven’t seen our answers? Let’s remember Naaman also: he never stopped dipping himself into the Jordan until his leprosy went away (2 Kings 5:14).

    These men are not special but are men like us, for it is written, Elijah was a human being, even as we are. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years (James 5:17). Therefore, until you see your prayers manifesting, don’t stop praying. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, because I trust in you, please listen to all my prayers and answer them in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 18

    Topic ::: God Cannot Be Shaken

    Text   ::: 2 Timothy 3:1, Hebrews 12:28

    No matter how bad the economy of this world may be, it can never affect the kingdom of God, for God cannot be shaken. Good morning.

    We live in a world today where the whole economy of the world is in turbulence and people are running helter-skelter to make ends meet. Many are running to the economists, while many are running to financial experts to find solutions, but still nothing is changing, for this is what the Lord says: In the last days there will be much difficulties (2 Tim. 3:1). But there is a kingdom whose own economy can never be affected or shaken, for its resources and revenue are not of this world. And what the Lord requires from us to be part of this kingdom is giving our lives to Him, and we won’t have to depend on the world economy again.

    The Bible said, Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe (Heb. 12:28). Brethren, come join the kingdom today, and your economy shall never be shaken again. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, no matter how bad the world economy might be, please continue to be my own source, in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 19

    Topic ::: Iron Sharpens Iron

    Text   ::: Proverbs 27:17, Hebrews 13:16

    Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend (Prov. 27:17). Are you sharpening your own friends or are you mocking them? Good morning.

    Good friends sharpen one another; bad friends tear themselves down in secret. The truth about life is that we all need one another to survive, for I have never seen a man who succeeded all by himself, alone, without the help of anybody. God has created us to be dependent on one another, for the knowledge of this world is not with one person, but has been given to all men. Therefore, what you know I don’t know, and what I know you don’t know. To some much is given, and to some small is given, but still, we all need ourselves. So let a man of great knowledge not look down on other men, for no matter how much you claim to know, you can never know everything, for only God knows everything.

    Therefore, when we see those who are not up to us in skills or knowledge, let’s stretch out a helping hand and not condemn them, for no matter how low they are, there are things they know that you don’t. So let’s sharpen one another that our knowledge may be full. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, please give me the power to sharpen my friends and not mock them, in the name of Jesus.

    DAY 20

    Topic ::: Undefeated Power

    Text   ::: Matthew 28:18, Romans 8:11

    It is said that no champion stands forever, but only reigns in their own season. But there is a champion that stands and will be forever, for He is undefeated. He is Jesus. Good morning.

    Rejoice, all you who are on the side of God, all you who walk in the way of the Lord and depend on Him alone, for you are on the side of the one who has never lost a battle and will never lose. Rejoice, for you are on the side of the one who owns all the power and authority in the world. The enemies may roar and scream at you, but rejoice, for they can only scream but can’t harm you. For the Bible said, The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you (Rom. 8:11). And because that power is undefeated, we also cannot be defeated.

    Jesus said, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth (Matt. 28:18). We only need to believe and trust in Him, then know that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Phil. 4:13). And we will never be defeated. God bless you.

    Prayer ::: Father, because I trust in you, please don’t let me be put to shame, in the name of Jesus.

The Bible said, Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, for such a person the Lord shall deal with (Rom. 12:3). Nebuchadnezzar exalted himself, but the Lord brought him down drastically even though he was a king; the Bible said, "While the words were still on his lips,
