It helped our youngest and old my people.

Since 1935, we have a problem came from different ways.

God helps to us, and we are going to fighting each other and we have a long Civil war in the world l.

Our civil war, came from Middle East, United Nations, western and African Union States.

We didn't know, why are we fighting each other?

INTRODUCTION

This is book talked Somalia President is Chief Defenses, Foreign Affair, and Internal. He is going to be dealing with Somalia Communities. He must working on the 16 hour daily, watched on the public Administration systems must work 9 hours daily, Supreme Court, High Parliaments, Low parliaments both house must worked on the 16 hour daily, all Somalia Ministers, Regional governors, all regional ministers, and all Somalia cities, and Villages mayors, and all city councils.

I am working this book, because "End Somalia Civil Wars, misleading, corruption, and foreign affair involving our leadership since 1980’s. It is the first and Longest Civil War in the African Union, then created Forgiveness Vs. Forgetting to Reconciliation ended. Somalia created a new Risk Self-Management Federal government, and Local government RESPONSIBILITIES. However, The Concrete United must be Divided for Political-Parties, (2020).

However, Somalia has had its own problems since 1700 to 2020 that is Somalia community’s leadership. We must change as well as a new department in the inter Somalia ministers. However, the Somalia President is the Chief of all Securities must study the local government system. This book helped them to watchdog local Policies, Intelligences agencies, and jail policies. The Somalia Military is responsible for responsibility security and safe Somalia people.

The moral Most of this book is, "I am an immigrant from Somalia To American and would like to live in America just like other refugee(s). After living in America for a period of eight years, I decided to enroll in college in order to gain knowledge. In order for me to live in America, it is inevitable for me to acquire knowledge and skills and expertise, which will be beneficial to my future life and my children. This is a way Americans’ parents think of their children. These skills can be obtained either through for-profit college or university that ruined my American Dreams.

I was born in the between City of Lukh and the City of Garbahaarey in a small city. I called myself Makka, Somalia in AU. However, I grew up in the City of Garbahaarey, basically born and bred in Somalia. However, My country broke into civil war back in 1991. The civil war killed many people, and after approximately two to three years of the Civil War, the international community had to intervene and see what they could do. Unfortunately, they have done little to avert the crisis because of the nature of the civil war.

I Fled from My Home Town: Most people fled from our county. Former Somalia President Mohamed Siyad Barre came to power on 21st October 1969 in a bloodless coup. The late Siyad Barre ruled for approximately four decades before a military ruled then. Those opposition parties have been starting or fighting to overthrow the Bare government in 1982 to 1992 opposition parties which says. "28. Somalia (1960-present).

Added to me, the way opposition parties can overthrow the Bare government and Somalia Public Administration, but what could change in 1991 to 2016? Bare’s government ended in 1991, and the opposition, a group of rebels, staged a coup with much bloodshed. Because of this, many people were kicked out of the country as refugees around the world and made to live in other countries.

Those rebels started a new civil war in Somalia in 1992 from tribe to tribe and clan-to-clan, and no international communities helped them. The United Nation (UN) did not investigate the reality or why Somalis failed or to make good Somalia authority themselves? Who could not know how Somalia leaders have helped our future, and defied our government?

So, when I heard on the BBC Radio that the former president of Somalia had died, I thought there was not any way to live in Somalia anymore. My family did not leave Somalia, but I had crossed the border. I had crossed the border at 11:00 am in the morning east time, African Union. I had come to the City of Madera, State of Kenya. The City of Madera was between Somalia, Ethiopia, and Kenya’s borders, and I did not know anybody in the city; I came to the city a while ago. There were many Somali communities, who spoke good Somali, Arabic, or Kenyan languages. Also, everybody spoke Swahili.

After many years of work in America, I went to Ohio State university to get bachelor’s degrees, then I went to Profit Colleges online to get my Master’s, too, but they cheated for me. They are willing to get American’s dreams, but they got another discrimination between for-profit college’s admission staff and professors, which do not have any law, mis-respect for new immigrants. They have not been composed or changeless to become membership parties.

Right now, Somali Immigrants went to colleges, and they have a lack of communication with America’s, studied checks of balance of the Americans government, constitution system of the leaders. Please create respect, united, and your children or other Somalia children for a good future……. Then everything became discrimination and after seven years in colleges. Then, U.S. banks got the second time of the Great Depression since 1928. Most of the U.S. citizens can see foreign citizens as well as like Muslim citizens.

• Somalia Community united in every city must have membership inside of cities, counties, and states of America

• Somalia Immigrants must have a united community, or Somalia community member inside of cities, counties, and states of America.

The Somalia constitution gives rights to everybody, including new immigrants. But college and graduate students do not understand those points. However, New Somalia Immigrants have not made any corruption or mis-leading our new country or America. And those new immigrants were the highest leaders, inside of the new immigrants, and philosophically of American developments.

New Somalia Immigrants must understand basic lives inside of your cities live in, your Counties public administration, and States of America. If you did not have both, no parties’ members, and No United Communities inside Americans, how can you live with Somalia Immigrants in America?

Just a full-time job, and/or part-time job, all citizens in America were worried about the lack of employment. However, Somalia citizens did not worry about unemployment. If Somalia Immigrants got peace, security, and a public administration system, I was happy, even though I had not started a new job since 2012, and I was not worried about unemployment. Still, I was looking for the American dreams, and even though I was not a graduate for a for-profit college, loans ruined my American Dreams.

When you are looking Education, you must ready many problems, such as, when I was starting 2008, The Ohio State University, my first class, after 3 weeks, our professor teaches Primary School. Youngest boy, he was sending for me, one page of article, and he talked about Faro, Egypt’s. He went to visit those places, but I did not know, how can I have to responded him". Because my English was very, very weak, and I did not know to write one paragraph relatives against to my freshman. and I worked two day, and someone helped to me and filed in my life’s shame, very shame, you will never forget and I thought to change Somalia education in the world and Muslim religious, or this World education, (2008).

◆ In (2006) I met an Old judge, named sh Abdi aw nuux, worked Lascano city and Muqdisho in 1980 to 1988. He is a P.H.D law school in Egypt, he advised me to get loans, but that loans should help your school. You must study something helping Somalia, and all African Union. "He ordered for me to go to school, and I was a refugee from Somalia, in African Union (AU). Then, I have understood the new immigrants’ difficulties in America. I respect Americans regardless of race, religion, and color.

◆ In 2008, there are youngest man, who was pushed for me, to go back to school, and he promised to me, to help all papers, but I first class, I asked him, Help for me. He excepted, and we went to labor at The Ohio State University, then, he keyed in the Google, the topic, and he was reading, and he rewrite the words in the google. After, long time, I get my self this man, did not better than me".

◆ I was starting new studying, and visited Write Center, and looked for more help then other. One day, I went to Write Centre, and there was a lady, her name is Linda. After long time conversation with her, and she asked for me, do you I public place, you can write your arguments, and other people can see it. I said to her, what is that? She said, it called Facebook. Do you have account it? I said, to no, she said, go your friend, and asked them. What is the Facebook? Then.

◆ I went to other room, and I met Libaan Ali Nur, and I asked, what is the Facebook? He asked for me, you did not have any account it. Then, he created for me, a new account. Then, in 2009 or 2010, I was become best writer in the Facebook. If though, I was mistakes, Grammars, and mis-used it. In 2010, I got many problems inside Somalia Community, and my friends. But I become best writer in the Facebooks and went to Graduate School. Then, started this book.

◆ In 2009, I met at Ohio State Univeter, Laki Xayder, and she invited to me, "Somalia Norther American Students, and I accepted. I did not see after election. They ended. Then, i continued m education along time.

◆ In 2014, I create new Somalia Educational, and then. They did not debate, good leadership, respect, but they are fighting each other own tribes. Then, I canceled them, because no respect, they are not working Somalia leaders. I invited Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo, but he did not except for my invitation.

◆ In 2016, Ibrahim Abdullahi,(Tima wayne) invited new meeting in Columbus, Ohio. After, they talked about American area or trustee campaigned. Then, last time, I asked them. Do you have party or are your membership American parties or are you working Somalia tribe leadership? (2016). After 5 minutes, Bashir Gale, standup, "he asked for me, leave here, and those youngest men, and women because your are not same education, leadership and future of Somalia. Then, I leaved them. After one year, I started my own books.

◆ In 2018, I divorced my wife, who is against my books, and my future, but still I did not give up, because I worked my people and my country future, even though, I was …..

In this book, WHAT DO STATE GOVERNMENT? State Government is less than the Tenth improvement to make districts and they will own the Constitution; all powers will be established to the federal government as well as Somalia. However, Somalis are lived set aside for the states and the people. All states of Somalia must have government branches, and Somalia is going to model after that neighboring states that do not have a federal government and consist of three branches: executive, legislative, and judicial. The Somalia Constitution mandates that all states uphold the election. They must accept a form of government, even though Somalia does not have any power of government right now, but we will need the three-branch structure that is required for Somalia.

Over the course of this book, I have to read many times about my State of Somalia and the key role of the states in Somalia. Somalia will need the future federal system, because Somalia will get among the framers of a stronger, central government in Somalia than Somalia and so Somalia youth will start or create a new system in which the state of Somalia will get as well as hold many important powers.

"Somalia High and Low Parliament did not understand their principal function: They are not own interview, and they are not working an associate, pastor, supervises, the ministerial staff, gives attention to the administrative details related to programming and aids in all pastoral responsibilities as deemed necessary and/or appropriate by the pastor.

• responsibilities:

• Assist the pastor in the overall programming of the church, aid in special projects, and implement specific assignments by the pastor related to general pastoral activities.

• Maintain clear channels of communication with the pastor to inform the pastor of needs, activities, and/or problems and to receive the pastor’s input, insight and affirmation related to plans and decisions.

• Meet regularly with the pastor and ministerial staff for planning, evaluating and coordinating the ministries of Somalia.

• Supervise and assist the ministerial staff in planning, coordinating and implementing programs related to their areas of responsibility.

• Conduct semiannual reviews of performance based on program objectives and goals.

• Work with the pastor and appropriate committees and other staff members in seeking needed new staff members.

• Work with the staff and congregation to achieve the objectives of the jobs.

• Work with appropriate groups to develop a comprehensive jobs calendar.

• Organize and oversee a visitation program to include impeach and outreach.

• Direct a program for new member and new Somalia direction. (2020).

Somalia High and Low Parliaments did not interview ministers of leadership. They will be making an institution of people and good leadership, though which people make themselves peaceful, and enforces, they must make policies, government will be made up of peace in the regions. Who will put into effect state government and law of God? The government must following order of God law, and the civilizations of Muslim world. Government must make the public policies in the short and long term, all of those things under the order of God Order.

• "Somalia Supreme Court of the principal function: The business administrator is responsible to the pastor for the accurate accounting and handling of all co-work finances and for administering the business affairs of the church.

• responsibilities:

• Work with the ministerial staff and appropriate Somalia Comminutes committees in planning, implementing and monitoring the annual co-work budget.

• Establish and maintain an efficient plan of financial record keeping and reporting.

• Work with the chairman of the Stewardship Committee in planning and implementing the annual stewardship emphasis.

• Direct the maintenance program of Somalia.

• Work with the Missions Committee to establish goals for special mission emphasis.

• Report to all committees and staff members the financial status of their particular area of ministry.

• • Administer Somalia-adopted policies and procedures concerning the use of all church properties and facilities.

• Participate in weekly Somalia hospital and prospect visitation.

• Serve as a resource person in legal and business matters.

• Study annually the insurance program and recommend necessary changes.

• Maintain co-work staff personnel, equipment and facilities records.

• Approve and process requisitions and purchase orders. (2020).

Somalia Supreme Court of leadership must decide, what their will to do in the public policies, and the public policies will be importance pointed, and imposing an income tax law, and ministers will make wages of people, then maintaining large or short wage of people every year.

Somalia Supreme Court of leadership will be that a huge number of Somalis, and State of Regions. They will be need political system, originate as well as safe problems, to create good state of government, jobs, new direction, and to carried into future government, new political groups, and we all of us are Muslim, and our religious is Islam.

• "Somalia Court of Appeals of the principal function: The Somalia Court of Appeals must have own education. It is responsible to the pastor for the total educational religious program in planning, conducting and evaluating a comprehensive Somalia education ministry to achieve the mission of the co-work.

• responsibilities:

• Correlate all programs, plans and activities with the staff and co-work council.

• Maintain the Somalia calendar of activities.

• Train and work closely with the Nominating Committee in selecting and enlisting qualified leaders for the educational program.

• Serve as resource and liaison person for committees related to the educational program.

• Plan special emphases in educational programs (i.e. attendance campaigns, leadership recognition, Preparation Week, VBS, promotion, January Quran and Suna Study, etc.).

• Coordinate the production of co-work publications.

• Develop special educational/training projects such as camps, retreats and seminars.

• Lead in regular education program organization planning meetings.

• Lead in choosing and securing the most suitable educational and prospectus materials available.

• Supervise appropriate church staff members. (2020).

The Somalia Court of Appeals of leadership will need new parties by specific parities. The Somalia Court of Appeals leadership will get a name then we will start a new movement to save our future government. First, The Somalia Court of Appeals will look for an experience with those movements in power in Somalia’s future government. Gedo will need new power of government, and strong Policies, Military, and security, and three branches of government.

• "Somalia Court of District of the principal function: The minister of Somalia is responsible to the pastor for the total budgets ministry of the department worked.

• responsibilities:

• Direct the planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating of a comprehensive manager program in preparing groups, soloists and choirs for internal and external ministry.

• Work with the ministerial staff on special training needs in the total co-work program.

• Supervise the work of the development ministry staff.

• Work with the nominating committee to enlist and train leaders for the goods and services ministry.

• Work with the pastor in selecting solving for regular and special worship services – including weddings, funerals and special projects.

• Coordinate the manager program with the organizational calendar and emphases of the office of ministers.

• Participate in regular hospital and prospect visitation.

• Monitor the purchasing, maintenance and replacement of all manager-related equipment, supplies and instruments.

• Keep informed on manager methods, materials, promotion, and administration.

• Prepare an annual manager fiscal, and budget for approval and administer the budget.

• Direct congregational singing at all regularly scheduled worship services.

• Plan and arrange an Order of Service for worship services.

• Cooperate with associational and state leaders in promoting activities of mutual interest (2020).

Somalia Court of Districts of leadership had many governments around the world such as dictatorship governments. The dictatorship is a ruling man, and one power or for one person, and he has been a full power to do whatever he likes to do in the people. Somalia Court of Districts of leadership might refer to an idea, system, he can come to power, and he has own purely to power force, he always includes ideas himself. Dictatorship did not have any legislative, and judicial system to share ideas or power, and he changed the original constitution of the country, he is doing the ways he liked to have a power of government.

• "Somalia President of the principal function: The organist (pianist) composition assistant is responsible to the minister of manager for serving at the organ/piano and assisting in the manager ministry.

• responsibilities:

• Play the instrument for all regular and special services of the minister.

• Serve as accompanist for choirs, ensembles and soloists in regular and special rehearsals and performances, as needed.

• Play for weddings and funerals as requested.

• Assist in planning worship services, choir rehearsals and special Minister of Manager events.

• Plan and give direction to a training program designed for developing organists/pianists in the Minister of the department of Somalia.

• Maintain a regular schedule of organ practice and study.

• Serve as secretary to the minister of Minister of Somalia.

• Maintain Managers Ministry files, library, and equipment.

• Work with the graded choirs as assigned.

Somalia President have any constitution, or they were changed to everything, but former President of Somalia President must leave a new luxart. Somalia President was able to build our country very well as well as he can, and he has legislative groups. Somalis called Somalia President. It’s means five star groups and he was a good person, because since he failed in the office, Somalia President did find a better person or like him. Somalia President did not change the constitution of government, but built the country.

• "Somalia Minister of the principal function: The Somalia Minister and Deputies and manager, worked under secretary serves as ministry assistant to the minister of manager and performs general office duties related to the music ministry.

• responsibilities:

• Type all correspondence for the minister of minister of Somalia.

• Record messages for minister of manager

• Serve as receptionist for the music department.

• Maintain office files and records.

• Maintain manager library.

• Order and Law new manager as needed.

• Accept additional responsibilities as needed, (2020).

Somalia Minister must respect of the Somalia Common law, and new Constitutional republic. The Common law is Human Rights, since 1960, we have a common law, and Somalia ministers of leadership have been a government power, as such as limited government, because of recognized constitutions. They have been chosen by people of republic in the midst of their leaders at least some subdivision as well as parliament, then parliament will be elected a prime minister. Again, the prime minister will be electing his party or friend in the government.

• "Somalia Minister of Deputies will have owned the principal function: The Somalia minister of Deputies must respect Women, men, and Somalia youth. The ways, they are going to responsible to the pastor or minister of education for assisting the manager in planning, coordinating and promoting the youth programs of the fiscal, budget, and special youth projects, assignments and events.

• Work with the ministerial staff, appropriate committees and program leaders in planning, evaluating and coordinating all youth ministries of the Managements.

• Conduct special training projects for youth workers. •

• Advise in the use of program materials, equipment, supplies and space by youth groups in all managers program organizations.

• Plan and direct youth groups in all co-work program organizations.

• Plan and direct youth fellowships, retreats and mission trips.

• Plan and direct parenting seminars and workshops.

• Counsel youth and parents as needed.

• Lead in a weekly youth visitation program.

• Conduct weekly youth Quran and Suna daily study.

• Develop relationships with local school officials and be available to speak and/or visit in the schools.
