There is an old saying, the truth will set you free, and I believe that. This is your book, and it is safe to write down and release the things that bind you. Believe in yourself, and trust yourself! Releasing and letting go will allow you to flourish and grow! Forgiveness is the key, write it down, release it and be free!!
