Become Better
is about applying Emotional Intelligence (E.Q.) in our lives; it shows us how to apply E.Q. in our daily activities, as individuals, with others, and in the future. No testing is needed. Instead, these simple steps that show us how we can expand our own Emotional Intelligence, which we all have, and get a better grip on our feelings and our actions and reaction. When we use our E.Q. properly, the benefits are huge, and it will help us move forward successfully.
Emotional Intelligence (E.Q.) is an ability to know how we feel, better direct and manage our feelings, thoughts and wants, and be aware of how others react, so that we communicate effectively, and enjoy a range of rewarding relationships.
We come without substitutes, and we all have Emotional Intelligence with our unique aptitudes and abilities. We are E.Q. players
