To Whom It May Concern:
As a Pastor of a local church with over 30 years in ministry, I like to say that I know a thing or two, because I have seen a thing or two. So, when something or someone comes across my path that has something unique and genuine to offer, I take notice! I encounter people daily who are searching for something. Some are seeking peace, love and even perhaps encouragement. Some are simply just looking to be inspired. I find that with the right words, these needs are often met and satisfied. The words written by Keith Foley, bring these elements to life. They are encouraging, enlightening, comforting and inspiring. I trust that these poems will be as refreshing to your mind and spirit as they were to mine. It is a privilege for me to be able to support such a book and pray that as you read, you will be met by words that could change your life forever. Everyone has a purpose, and I believe that Keith has found his in his writings.
God bless,
Pastor Herbert Mays

Our Father’s House
Back to the Father’s House I must go,
back to the place where Love does flow.
How did I leave this wonderful place,
and the peace that’s felt, while in His grace?
Although impossible to escape His love,
double-minded men lose protection, from above.
True, God’s love does not cease,
it’s our faith that does decrease.
As we trust, in the wisdom of man,
faith slips away from the grip of God’s hand.
God’s hand is dealt, His work complete,
behold, stars in the sky; grass beneath your feet!
See magic in the fruit of the tree,
God’s word was spoke, and there it be!
Could man form an apple from a seed,
what proof are we looking for, do we need?
God’s love is here and free to all,
silence the world to hear His call.
While God’s house has open doors,
and He welcomes in, sinners, thieves, and whores;
it’s truly, life’s quest to find,
our own road to His house—the Mansion Divine!
What the World Needs
Someone with the grip of death
to choke out alcohol, drugs, and
