      I love a juicy, bare fact. Bare meaning the fact couldn’t be refuted and was just right out there in the open, like the idea that sex happened regularly in Las Vegas. Not a great deal of dispute there.

      And juicy meaning something about the fact that gets someone who is observing laughing or hiding a grin behind a palm.

      A really perfect fact is one that embarrasses someone for the right reasons, like that person is slime and needs to be embarrassed. That’s when facts get really fun and really juicy.

      Now, my name is Sky Tate and I’m a superhero in the world of private detectives. Been one for a couple hundred years, almost before there was such a thing. I’m a woman in the field, not something that unusual these days, but I like to play against type at times by wearing a long gray trench coat and a gray Fedora.

      My long beak of a Roman nose also gets me a little disguise at times, when I need it. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t.
