    Preparation Time: 15 minutes  

    Cooking Time: 6 hours 

    Servings: 6 

    Ingredients:  

    12 large eggs

    2 tbsp unsalted butter, ghee, or olive oil 

    ¼ cup heavy cream 

    1½ cups shredded sharp white Cheddar cheese, divided 

    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 

    16 cherry tomatoes 

    16 asparagus spears 

    Directions: 

    Glaze the inside of the slow cooker with the butter. 

    In the slow cooker, beat the eggs, then whisk in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. 

    Add ¾ cup of Cheddar cheese and the Parmesan cheese and stir to mix. 

    Sprinkle the remaining ¾ cup of Cheddar cheese over the top. Scatter the cherry tomatoes over the frittata. Arrange the asparagus spears decoratively over the top. Cook within 6 hours on low or 3 hours on soaring. Serve.

    Low Carb Zucchini Bread

    Preparation Time: 15 minutes  

    Cooking Time: 3 hours and 10 minutes 

    Servings: 12 

    Ingredients:  

    3 eggs 

    ½ cup walnuts, chopped 

    2 cups zucchini, shredded 

    2 tsp vanilla 

    ½ cup pure all-purpose sweetener 

    1/3 cup coconut oil, softened 

    1 ½ tsp baking
