Every human on planet earth has certain kinds of needs. We live in the social network of an ecosystem. We survive and thrive by being part of an environment. We are happy and satisfied when our needs get fulfilled. This is the very mainspring of whatever we do and whatever we put up with and which is: all of us want to be happy and satisfied.
You are aware of the reason for that particular need. You have a purpose to fulfill it. For example, food as a physiological need. You need food to survive and thrive. Your brain and body functions depend on it. You also need rest and adequate sleep for the brain and body to work properly.
Therefore, you need to take action to earn for the food you eat. Personal and technical skills and development act as a catalyst to enable you to earn your bread. You need to focus to certain traits to learn, earn and grow. You also need to keep yourself motivated till the end in order to fulfill your needs.
