Once again, I dedicate this book of poetry which I have written throughout my life time to the First Cause and Triune being, God the Father; and unto Jesus, God the Son; and to my Parakeet and Helper, the Holy Ghost.

I also dedicate this book of poetry and give honor to the founder of the Church of God in Christ: Bishop Charles Harrison Mason. But, I especially, give thanks and honor and dedication to my earthly father—Robert L Shepherd Sr.
