    This point is a synthesis of the article "Science, power and utopia", by the same author. The only new thing is that it poses science as the most important means of production today.

    The interaction between research and industry

    THE VAST MAJORITY OF INVESTIGATIONS ARE NOT DONE TO APPLY. The relationship between Research and Development Projects (RDP) and technological innovation projects or for the implementation of linkage units (UV) is 500 to 7.
    In many cases, these investigations review the existing literature on a topic and worse still, sometimes their objective is directly to obtain money.
    Already in 1971 Amílcar Herrera stated that the organization of scientific institutions in our countries was an important factor in the backwardness.
    While in developed countries applied research exceeds 9 to 1 basic research, in ours it is the other way around.
