    Those who suffer from insomnia will have a lack of energy, exhaustion at various points during the day, difficulties concentrating on tasks, horrible mood swings, and a low level of performance at work. Insomniacs may experience any of these symptoms as a result of being awake all night.

    Rest is necessary for the mind and body to be rejuvenated. A lack of sleep will result in exhaustion and a variety of mental diseases. Despite being completely weary, people are unable to fall or stay asleep due to a variety of factors.
