      As Natasha walked up to the office building she took a moment to notice how clear the sky was. She stopped amidst all the hustle and bustle of people rushing about and raised her head, squinting as she looked toward the radiant sun. She was bathed in the warm, golden glow and felt it wrap around her like a silk cloth, both comforting her and stimulating her senses at the same time.

      There were no clouds in the sky and when she looked up it was as though she was gazing into eternity itself. The world seemed so peaceful and calm, and as she let it unfold around her she thought about how so many people must not even realize the dark underbelly that swam under the surface of the world. It had come close to destruction many times yet all the people around her had no sliver of awareness of how close they came to death each and every day.
