    Pulled over because of a faulty rear light, a young woman trips over when getting out of her car.       The flashing lights were the first sign that the journey home was going to be more eventful than Jocelyn wanted. The loud whoop of the siren almost made her jump and she cursed under her breath as she looked in her rear view mirror. Even in the darkness of the night she could easily make out that the vehicle trailing her was a police car and another blast of the siren was a signal for her to pull over.
