Over the past two and a half millennias, the primitive human was scourged, and poked around in search of meat, veggies and sea-food, as well as fruits, roots and nuts. This period of time that required man to hunt for food, and there was no notion of cultivating the food he ate, is referred to as the Paleolithic period. The people had to venture out into the open wilderness and control their food sources. In the past picking this or that
was not an option.
Some other names used for the Paleo diet include
* The Primal Diet
*The Stone Age dietary regime,
* The hunter-gathering diet
* The caveman's diet
The names describe what resources they did have at the time, in the Stone Age, people had to make use of stones
as a weapon to hunt for food. They ate raw food and occasionally burned food on open fires. The hunter gathering diet name implies that people were taught to hunt animal during that time, be it an animal that was wild or a fish caught from the ocean or the goose. The term caveman dietary regime
came in the Stone Age people used to reside in caves.
In the past the world has changed
